Deployment of a DLP solution in an energy company
Přikryl, Adam ; Veselý Jindřich, Ing., MBA (referee) ; Sedlák, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the deployment of DLP solutions in an energy company with the consideration of transition to another supplier. The first part summarizes the theoretical background needed to understand the issues of data protection and DLP systems. The second part provides an analysis of the current state of the company. The third part presents a proposed solution, which is based on the theoretical background and analysis of the current state, includes a description of the systems, a proposal for switching to another supplier and an economic evaluation.
Desing of a Company Network Infrastructure
Přikryl, Adam ; Novotný, Vít (referee) ; Ondrák, Viktor (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a computer network for a manufacturing company. The first part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the company, its facility, needs, current network and the investor's requirements for a new network. The second part summarizes the theoretical background needed to understand the issues of computer network design. The actual design itself is covered in the third part. It is based on an analysis of the current state and includes the selection of passive layer elements, design of cable routes, recommendations for active elements and economic evaluation.
Wear analysis of extracted polyethylenes of total hip replacements using optical methods
Přikryl, Adam ; Morovič, Ladislav (referee) ; Vrbka, Martin (advisor)
An experimental methodology for wear assessment of extracted polyethylene hip implants was designed in this diploma thesis. Methodology uses optical 3D scanner and optical profilometer for analysis of wear. Designed methodology for wear analysis was validated by gravimetric method. The results of validation were in good agreement with the increase of wear rate. Validation results show that the methodology is not suited for wear assessment of metal and ceramic implants which have small wear rates. On the other hand the methodology is more than useful for wear assessment of polyethylene implants. Designed methodology for wear assessment was applied on the set of thirteen extracted polyethylene hip implants. Results of the wear analysis were wear volumes and linear wear noted in the wear maps. Roughness of the surface was measured on explanted cups and results were noted in the roughness map. On articulating surface of the cups different areas were observed for measured roughness. Those areas were described as area with machining marks from manufacturing process, polished area from combination of abrasive and adhesive wear, polished area from micro-contact fatigue and area including plastic deformation.
Methodology of injection mold design in the CATIA V5
Přikryl, Adam ; Koutecký, Tomáš (referee) ; Paloušek, David (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis descirbes the design solution of an injection mold for the cover of the cooling-air fan from the truck. Software Catia V5R19 is used for the design solution. First part of the bachelor's thesis describes basic information about injection molds, molding machines and injection cycle. Very solution of the thesis describes the proces of designing an injection mold for the specified plastic part. Part of the design is the 3D model of injection mold.
