Family house
Pánek, Martin ; Klimeš,, Vladimír (referee) ; Klimešová, Jarmila (advisor)
The main concern of this thesis is to design three storey family house. The house is divided into the main living area to the garage and basement areas and a part of an establishment. There is 2 floors in the house and there is partially a basement. The house has a flat roof.
The Multifunctional House
Pánek, Martin ; Struhala, Karel (referee) ; Manychová, Monika (advisor)
The main concern of this thesis is to design a five-storey multifunctional house. The house is divided into the main living area to which it belongs especially residential units accessible by stairs from the ground floor and also basement boxes and room for prams. On the ground floor are also located the individual garage, store room and technology. The house has four floors and a basement, the basement are located mass garages. The house has a sloping wooden roof trusses.
Advanced features of traffic shaping for 802.3 and 802.11 networks under OS Linux
Pánek, Michal ; Endrle, Pavel (referee) ; Szőcs, Juraj (advisor)
This bachelor work deals with possibilities of traffic shaping and control in OS Linux. First part of the work examines indiviual tools needed for working with data stream. The second part consideres methods intended for traffic shaping. From these methods intended for use in standarts 802.3 and 802.11 were selected and described. The second part of paper focused on Hierarchical Token Bucket and Class-based queueing method. The third part is the practical application of methods on the hardware, the measurement of the individual standards and processing into charts.
Data-flow Control on Transport Layer
Pánek, Michal ; Komosný, Dan (referee) ; Koton, Jaroslav (advisor)
In order to easily send data between two end elements without congestion, methods that suitably control flow of date and evaluate possible overload state are necessary. One such method is to control the data flow directly on the transport layer. This layer offers a range of mechanisms dedicated to deal with this issue. The aim of this paper is divided into three parts. The first part describes the integration of transport layer TCP/IP model, and the ability to process TCP data stream. The second part describes methods to manage congestion, their integration by usage environment. It mainly focuses on methods of TCP Reno and TCP Vegas. Their simulation and analysis on transmission the data stream stream. The third part deals with the analysis in detail of TCP Vegas. Analyzes possible parameters for alpha a beta within the TCP Vegas, and a combination of TCP Vegas and TCP Reno.
Analysis of the book collection of annual reports within the National Pedagogical Museum and Library J.A. Comenius
Pánek, Matouš ; Drobíková, Barbora (advisor) ; Kolínová, Pavlína (referee)
This bachelor's thesis deals with analyse of the library fund of annual reports in National pedagogical library and museum of J. A. Komenský in Prague. The teoretical part is pursuing about history of the library, current status, size and organization of the library fund. It also works with number of users and number of loans with the definition of basic terms as: library fund, analyse of library fund, methods of analysing the library fund and its application. The second part/ the empirical part/ deals/ is dealing/ with practical application of theoretical standards and information which have been found in the actual analyse of library fund, its annual reports and final evaluation of research results. Keywords library collection, analysis, annual report, czech schools, libraries, pedagogical library, organization of the library collection, protection of the library collection, acquisition, acquisition policy
Connectivity of black grouse habitats in the Jizera Mountains and the Giant Mountains
Pánek, Michal ; Romportl, Dušan (advisor) ; Chuman, Tomáš (referee)
This master's thesis deals with the evaluation of habitat requirements followed by an analysis of the connectivity of black grouse (Tetrao tetrix) habitats in the area of interest of the Jizera Mountains and the Giant Mountains. This species has been one of the most endangered species in the Czech Republic in recent years. Recent grouse populations are constantly declining, and therefore habitat and connectivity assessments can be applied to future protective measures of this species and subsequent population expansion. The introductory part of the thesis deals with a search of existing knowledge and research related to the assessment of connectivity, landscape resistance and habitat models. It also includes a description and distribution of the various connectivity assessment approaches currently used in these analyzes. The next part of the thesis contains important information about the studied species, the current state of populations in the Czech Republic and what are the habitat requirements of the black grouse. Subsequently, the characteristics of the area of interest are described in detail, which includes both the Czech and Polish parts of the Jizera Mountains and the Giant Mountains. The research part of the thesis first deals with the methodology and process of creating habitat models,...
Population structure of Phytophthora cactorum in Europe
Pánek, Matěj
The Phytophthora cactorum species complex in Europe is composed of P. cactorum, Phytophthora hedraiandra, and a hybrid species Phytophthora x serendipita. Evolutionary analyses using the amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) method were carried out on 133 isolates from 19 countries. The AFLP data were complemented by sequence analysis of three genes (ITS region of ribosomal RNA gene, phenolic acid decarboxylase Pheca I, and Cytochrome oxidase Cox I), morphometric analysis and cardinal temperature data. The high proportion of clonal genotypes, low gene flow among groups, which was defined by the structure analysis, and low Nei´s gene diversity confirms the homothallic life cycle of the groups. On the other hand, the ITS, Cox I and Pheca I sequence data support occasional hybridization between species. The structure K = 5 grouping revealed two groups of hybrid origin (C2 and F). While the C2 group resembles P. x serendipita, the F group includes Finnish isolates characterized by high oogonial abortion rates and slow growth. The morphological characters routinely used in identification of Phytophthora species are not useful for delimitation of species from the P. cactorum complex. Therefore, we discuss the status of P. hedraiandra as a separate species. The epitypification of P. cactorum is proposed. The reactions of isolates of Phytophthora cactorum, P. nicotianae and P. × pelgrandis to metalaxyl, mancozeb, dimethomorph, streptomycin and chloramphenicol were tested to obtain information about the variability of resistance in these pathogens. Distinct genetic groups showed significant differences in resistance to all tested substances except streptomycin. In response to streptomycin, the growth inhibition rates of distinct groups did not differ significantly. The most remarkable differences were detected in the reactions to chloramphenicol and metalaxyl. Discriminant analysis evaluating the effect of all substances confirmed the differences among the groups, which are in agreement with the differences revealed by earlier DNA analyses.
Renovation of historical furniture
Hychta, Jakub ; Pánek, Miloš (advisor) ; Oberhofnerová, Eliška (referee)
This thesis discusses about theoretical and practical aspects of furniture restoration. There is described meaning and purpose of restoration in the theoretical part as well as necessarily conditions about restoration. The practical part includes specific procedures of restauration and there is also comparison practice with literature on the end. Documented project was evaluated more like repairing because restorer did not use appropriate procedures.
