Ice skating lessons at the 2nd grade of primary schools

This bachelor's thesis on the topic of Teaching ice skating in the lower-secondary schools focuses on the course of teaching ice skating in the lower-secondary schools. The main goal of the work was to map and analyze the teaching of ice skating at elementary schools and creating a suitable methodology with the help of literature, including the results of the research part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the analysis and criticism of the literature devoted to the teaching of ice skating and ice skating in general. This part focuses on the characteristics of ice skating, a brief outline of history of ice skaing, ice skating sports, characteristics of the older school age, on Rámcový vzdělávací plán and its concept of ice skating and on the personality of the teacher/coach. The research part is based on a questionnaire survey. The questionnaires were sent electronically to elementary schools and their purpose was to find out how skating lessons are conducted at the approached elementary schools and how and where are the lessons provided. Thanks to the questionnaires and literature a suitable methodology for the lower-secondary schools was created. Protection of consumers in relation to banks

67 ABSTRACT Consumer Protection in Relation to Banks Consumer protection is a form of governmental regulation, which protects the interests of comsumers as a weaker contracting party. This work is focused just on part of it, namely on the protection of consumers in relation to banks. The preamble deals with the determination of individual parties in consumer relation - consumer and bank as a supplier. The concept consumer is included in several acts. Consumer Protection Act defines a consumer as "a natural person or a legal entity that purchases products or uses services for other purposes than enterprising with those products or services". Because of specific determination of the concept "consumer", in this work another concept is used, namely a bank client. Bank is deteminated by the Banking Act and as a legal entity with its registered seat on the territory of the Czech Republic, established as a joint-stock company which accepts personal deposits and grants loans, and which has a banking licence for performing these activities. It also provides a survey of general principles and legal regulations connected with consumer protection in the area of banking.
