Ondráčková, T. Age leadership in a business company. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of population aging and its impact on human resource management in a selected business company. The thesis is based on the concept of age management, whose practices are a modern approach to human resource management. The aim of the work is to identify the existing management methods and then to propose recommendations for the implementation of appropriate age management practices. The literature research introduces the issue of age management and its connection with human resources marketing. The essential part of the thesis, in the form of an analysis of the internal environment of the company, is contained in the empirical part of the thesis. The analysis is carried out by semi-structured interviews with a company representative and a questionnaire survey among the company employees. The research showed deficiencies especially in the methods to retain existing employees. Recommendations are proposed based on the identified shortcomings, especially the age structure of the employees. The limits and constraints that have a possible negative impact on the research results are discussed in the discussion of this thesis.
Specifics for teaching of modern foreign languages, especially on the teaching of French for pupils and students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder

This diploma thesis focuses on the teaching of foreign languages, specifically the French language of pupils and students with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in Primary and Secondary schools in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to present general recommendations for work with pupils and students with ASD, suitable forms of lesson planning, possible complications and optimal form of cooperation with an assistant teacher. It focuses on description and definition of autism spectrum disorders, especially Asperger syndrome. A significant part is devoted to typical manifestations during adolescence and resolving challenging situations that may occur in education in connection with these disorders. The following part is devoted to communication and difficulties, which manifests in pupils with ASD mainly during social interaction. The practical part of the thesis examines current training of foreign language teachers, their readiness to work with pupils with ASD and analyzes teachers 'experience and methods of work with a focus on perception of differences in approach. A qualitative questionnaire survey was used as a research method. The theme of this diploma thesis is GPS devices in teaching as a means of developing inter-subject relations between educational fields of Geography and English language at the 2nd stage of elementary school (on the example of ORP Chotěboř). Presented work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes the methodology of creating both parts, where the author introduces the whole process of making her work. The first part contains the theoretical background, where the author briefly introduces the basic concepts; the chapter focus on GPS devices, their potential use in teaching and the possibilities for inter-subject relations. The integral part of the theoretical part, especially for its thematic setting, is the study of curriculum documents. The practical part of this work contains educational activities that connecting curriculum of the local region, ie. geography, with English language. All presented educational activities consist of the introductory part and a methodical commentary.

The main topic of this thesis is the potential usability of Geocaching game in teaching geography at primary school with a focus on local region ORP Chotěboř. The main objective is to create ideas how to incorporate geocaching game in teaching geography (namely, the problems of the local region) on the sample ORP Chotěboř. The theoretical part presents a brief physicalgeographical and sociallygeographical characteristics of the area, along with the basic rules and principles of geocaching game. An integral part of the geocaching game is a setup of teaching of geography on the basis of existing curricula, particularly FEP. At the same time is this part of the work supported by the study of other relevant literature. Practical work includes its own field survey of the area and the subsequent analysis of existing caches in the area of interest. In particular, their thematic focus provides the data for the final chapter of the work, which is aiming to introduce the potential proposals of teaching thematic unit with the help of the local region within the game of geocaching geography lessons at primary school.
