Nejedlý, Jindřich ; Heinl, Zdeněk (referee) ; Rumíšek, Pavel (advisor)
This master’s thesis focuses on rationalization of production line for plastic windows production in RI OKNA a.s. (Inc.). Evaluation of production line’s current estate is being done as well as weak point detection. On these bases some new variations for improvement are being suggested. The winning variation is drown up into the technological project and put through an economical evaluation.
Application of modern methods for production of mobile phone storage stand
Tesař, Jaroslav ; Nejedlý, Jindřich (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The thesis was made as a bachelor’s project on Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Brno University of Technology. In the theoretical part methods of Reverse Engineering were described. The principle of the following technology, the Rapid Prototyping, was also explained and the summary of advantages and disadvantages and use in technical practice for the most important methods was made. In the experimental part of the thesis the modern methods were applied for manufacturing a cell phone holder. By this the possibility of these technologies to work with complexly shaped models was verified. The casting to a silicon form was used as the alternative method of manufacturing. The summary of possibilities of manufacturing with these technologies and technical and economical evaluation were made in the end of the thesis.
Production of assembly jigs by Fused Deposition Modeling method
Havelka, Ondřej ; Dvořáček, Jan (referee) ; Nejedlý, Jindřich (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes the design and manufacture of assembly jigs for the production of LCD TVs in the company Wistron Infocomm (Czech), s. r. o. In the thesis was carried out to assess the current status of use of assembly jigs, design and creation of two prototypes of assembly jigs. The work includes testing, choice of method of manufacture, their routine use in the production and evaluation of results. The work also include literary studies describing RapidPrototyping technology and its various methods.
Construction and manufacturing of chassis of radio-controlled car model using modern technology
Rejžek, Jan ; Nejedlý, Jindřich (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The aim of the work is to show a principle of simple parts production through advanced additive technologies. Design of the parts is realised by CAD software SolidWorks. Manufacture of the parts was subsequently carried out by using Rapid Prototyping technology with using an additive method of Fused Deposition Modelling. The work also includes a comprehensive overview of the currently most popular production methods in Rapid Prototyping technology.
Production of the car gearbox using Fused Deposition Modeling method
Štěrba, Ondřej ; Nejedlý, Jindřich (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this work is creating a virval model of the car gearbox . The gearbox from the car Skoda Felicia was used to create the individusl parts into a final assembly. Construction of the assembly model and the layout have been implemented inAutodesk Inventor, which is a software CAx application. Final production was performed by Rapid Prototyping Technology, using the Fused Deposition Modeling equipment uPrint from ABSplus material for the purpose of visualization. The final verification was assemblin single patrs of the gearbox, including ensurance its functionality.
Application of modern technologies for design and production of chess
Černohous, Filip ; Nejedlý, Jindřich (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The aim of bachelor thesis proposal will be a chess set in 3D with AutoDesk Inventor 2010 and his made for using advanced CAD/CAM technology. For the production of chess figures additive method is used Fused Deposition Modelling. To produce the game plan will be used for technology cutting - milling. The thesis provides an overview of Rapid Prototyping, their brief description.
Usage of modern technologies to design beer glass for brewery Starobrno, a.s.
Kučera, Michal ; Nejedlý, Jindřich (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the use of the additive technology Rapid Prototyping for the design and the production of the beer glass model. The part of this work is to create the real 3D model of the beer glass with the parametric program SolidWorks with the subsequent description of available Rapid Prototyping technologies. Production of the beer glass will be implemented on the 3D printer uPrint with using the Fused Deposition Modeling method and compared with other available methods.
The synthesis of π-electron systems suitable for transfer and retention of charges
Nejedlý, Jindřich ; Starý, Ivo (advisor) ; Tobrman, Tomáš (referee) ; Storch, Jan (referee)
The aim of my Thesis was to develop a general synthetic methodology for the preparation of long helicenes equipped with suitable functional groups that control their solubility or serve as anchoring groups for attachment to metallic surfaces, especially gold. The well-established transition metal catalyzed [2+2+2] cyclotrimerization of triynes was selected as the key scaffold-forming transformation in the synthesis of long helicenes because of its high regioselectivity, atom efficiency, functional group tolerance and general robustness. A modular approach was used for the preparation of the starting oligoynes, thus enabling a high level of their structural diversity. Individual resorcinol- based aromatic building blocks were interconnected by Sonogashira cross-coupling reactions, providing complex cyclization precursors encompassing up to twelve alkyne units pre-arranged for the multiple [2+2+2] cycloisomerization to produce three six- membered rings from each set of three neighboring alkyne units. Thus, a small series of long helicenes with up to 19 rings constituting the helical scaffold was synthesized. The quadruple cyclization leading to the longest oxahelicene prepared to date was performed in a high-temperature-high-pressure flow reactor at 250 řC in the presence of CpCo(CO)2. The set of...
The synthesis of thiamacrocycles and the study of their properties
Nejedlý, Jindřich ; Starý, Ivo (advisor) ; Kroutil, Jiří (referee)
The aim of this work is the study of a simple method of preparing macrocyclic ligands for complexation of fullerenes. Necessary attribute of those ligands is their construction of electron-rich building blocks, which are prerequisite for π-π interactions with electron- deficiency fullerene spherical systems. Tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) is a known electron-rich system and for this reason, 2,3-bis(butylthio)-6,7-bis(2-kyanoethylthio)- tetrathiafulvalene was chosen as a basic building block. The protecting cyanoethyl group in this derivative can be removed by the acting of a base and thus generated thiolate function group is used in alkylation reactions of bis(bromomethyl)aryls. In reactions of these two components of bifunctional alkylation reactions was produced (in addition to the prevalent oligomeric products) a mixture of macrocycles with different sizes, the number of included building units was marked as [2 +2], [3 +3] and [4 +4] macrocycles. Reactions of TTF derivative with 4,4'- bis(bromomethyl)biphenyl and 4,4'-bis(bromomethyl)diphenylether have been performed. Column chromatography fractions of cyclic products were in both cases analyzed by gel permeation chromatography, NMR spectroscopy. The performed study has shown, that an equipoise to the simplicity of the synthetic protocol are low yields of...
