Extension of Wireless Sensor Protocol
Nečasová, Klára ; Košař, Vlastimil (referee) ; Kořenek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was to extend the wireless communication FIT protocol including mechanisms for adding new devices to the network, packet routing within the network and network reinitialization after device movement. The theoretical part of the work focuses on smart homes protocol Z-Wave, ZigBee and Thread. In the practical part, new protocol features have been designed and implemented. Moreover, various types of communication between devices also extend the FIT protocol. All new functionalities were carefully tested. Moreover, the tests focused on the influence of a distance and a device PCB antenna position on the success rate of unreliable and reliable communication. The results showed that the success rate of data transfer depends only on a distance between devices and a selected type of communication. The influence of obstacle made of a different material on received signal strength during data receiving was confirmed. The work also discusses dependency of energy consumption on transmitted data length and used communication protocol.
Analysis of Data to Solve Problems with Humidity in Buildings
Nečasová, Klára ; Korček, Pavol (referee) ; Kořenek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this work was to solve problems with excessive humidity in buildings using data analysis. The theoretical part of the work deals with impacts of excessive humidity on the health of building occupants and also the condition of the building structure. Data mining methods including classification, prediction, and clustering are described together with model evaluation and selection. The practical part focuses on hardware platform description and measurement scenarios. Key parameters affecting indoor relative humidity are indoor and outdoor temperature and outdoor relative humidity. The long-term measurement of the mentioned parameters was performed using the set of sensors and BeeeOn system. Measured data was used to design a system for event detection related to a humidity change. The approach to air change regulation in the room was based on natural ventilation.
Statistical processing of data of solar radiation in place BUT FME Brno
Nečasová, Klára ; Jaroš, Michal (referee) ; Štětina, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the measurement of solar radiation. The aim of this work is to determine the usefulness of solar energy and solar radiation compared to the oblique and horizontal surface. You are given basic information about solar radiation, the Solar, collectors and sensors. Further work includes measurements and calculations of solar radiation in the course of one year and at the end of the evaluation of measurement results.
A Didactic Game as a Means of Opening Up the World of Geometry
Nečasová, Klára ; Jirotková, Darina (advisor) ; Hejný, Milan (referee)
The goal of the diploma dissertation is to introduce a game with geometrical object as a probable part of lessons focused on teaching solid geometry. This activity is a possibility how, according to valid school standards, we can set up the view to geometrical world through manipulation with concrete objects build conception of perceiving solids and their parts. The thesis also summarises theory about methods of teaching, analyses experiments that were done with primary school children and describes phenomenon visible and obvious when adopting such activity to lessons.
