New procurement act and its influence on the international trade market among the EU countries

This thesis deals with legal regulation in the field of placing public procurements, especially the Public Procurement Act and the influence of this legal regulation on international trade market among individual Member States of the European Union. The first part of the thesis describes international trade market among individual Member States of the European Union and its connection with competition law and public procurement law. In this section the author deals with the regulation of international trade market in the European Union, the conflicting and direct method, the importance of international trade market within the European Union, the protection of business competition, public support and also the Agreement on Public Procurement. The second part of the thesis deals with public procurement in more detail, including their history and the development of legislation in the European Union, as well as the current European legislation. The development of the legislation in the Czech Republic is thus addressed in the context of the previous Public Procurement Act, namely due to the need of comparing the impact of issuing new procurement directives on the Czech legislation. Individual entrepreneur transfer to a limited liability company

This master thesis approaches the issue of enterprise transfer: from an individual entrepreneur to a limited liability company. Thesis contains definitions of entrepreneur and enterprise as well as provides characteristics of individual entrepreneur and limited liability company. Detailed description of both form of business is given from legal, accounting and fiscal point of view. This thesis deals with the particular reasons for enterprise transfer and with the transfer methods. The practical part analyzes and describes the situation of specific individual entrepreneur, who decides for transition from his actual form of business to the limited liability company.

In this research the cultures of hemp and aspen as a representative of herbs and woody species were selected. The experiments were focused on study of ability of plants to accumulated heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Zn, As a Cu) and translocated them to upper part of plants.

Práce podává základní přehled o trhu s komerčním úvěrovým pojištěním v prostoru Evropské unie. V první části práce je zpracována obecná charakteristika komerčního úvěrového pojištění. Poté nasledují profily tří největších společností na trhu komerčního pojištění úvěrů. Jedná se o společnosti Atradius, Euler Hermes a Coface. V poslední části je popisována situace komerčního pojištění úvěrů v České republice.

Součástí práce je i tržní analýza pivovarnictví a mezipodnikové srovnání s největším tuzemským konkurentem - společnosti Pivovary Staropramen, a.s.
