The aim of this thesis was to extend the existing database of literature thematically focused on the issue of feeding ecology of predators . Further localize the marsh harrier nest on the ground and analyze the foraging ecology of prey remnants and estimate the weight of the different kinds of food. The next step to evaluate the collected data to determine the species composition and numbers of prey . Assess the food supply in the area monitored nesting sites , and factors that could affect it . Finally, data evaluation and their confrontation with the literature , and on top to achieve viable squibs impact on small game

The possible development of Czech pension system

The Czech pension system will change substantially in the coming decades. Demographic changes will cause its financial instability while keeping its current parameters. Financial stability of the pension system can be reached through expenditure reduction and increase in revenues of the pension system. We can expect a real decline of the average pensions paid on the level of dozens of percentages in the coming decades. The decision between pay as you go and fund pension scheme is not affected by the demographic situation. The individuals should decrease their expenditures and ensure additional revenue in retirement to secure their standard of living. The family solidary can provide certain social security in retirement. The preservation of minimal level of population reproduction is vital for both pay as you go and fund pension schemes.

Ekonomická analýza pandemie AIDS v Subsaharské Africe

HIV/AIDS is a real threat for Sub-Saharan Countries. It increased adult mortality substantially. HIV/AIDS pandemic causes the death of the most productive part of affected population. Human capital passing on to future generations is limited. Low economic performance and income inequality induce higher HIV vulnerability. Contra wise HIV/AIDS has significant negative effect on the welfare of affected population. The sources of pandemic in Sub-Saharan Africa are not only social and cultural. Health and nutrition situation play considerable role. Holistic approach based on education, fidelity, abstinence and improvement of economic situation and moderate condom use (as the last way of prevention) seems to be an effective way of pandemic elimination.

The analysis of a current financial family aid in the Czech republic

Stávající systém přímé podpory rodin v České republice vytváří demotivační efekty. Nejproblémovější je konstrukce přídavku na dítě, neboť stanovení ostré hranice pro nárok na dávku a pro stanovení jeho výše umožňuje rodinám zvýšit svůj příjem snížením pracovní aktivity. Systém nepřímé podpory není příliš významný, neboť společné zdanění manželů je výhodné jen pro některé rodiny a slevy na dani nejsou příliš rozsáhlé. Jako velmi problémové se jeví skloubení podpory rodin s daní z příjmu, neboť to ve svém důsledku ještě zesiluje distorzní efekty.
