This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the current state and the design of security measures within the information security management system at the Faculty of Business, Brno University of Technology. The proposed security measures take into account in particular the requirements set by Act No. 181/2014 Coll. on Cyber Security and on Amendments to Related Acts and Decree No. 82/2018 Coll. on security measures, cyber security incidents, reactive measures, filing requirements in the field of cyber security and data disposal.
Representation of Women in Czech Politics

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of low representation of women in political institutions in the Czech Republic. It examines this still topical problem primarily by confronting it with theories of representation, which are the main part of the thesis. In the first part, it focuses on the standard model of political representation, and tries to show several concepts that specifically focus on the states of low representation of population groups. The focus here will be on the different notions of descriptive and substantive representation, the existence of shared group perspectives and interests, and the possible division between the politics of presence and the politics of ideas. The second part will introduce the constructivist turn as a possible alternative to the standard model of political representation. It will draw here primarily on the concept of the representative claim, the closer introduction of which will attempt to expose the shortcomings of existing thinking about political representation. In the conclusion, the findings presented in the theoretical part will be confronted and connected with each other using the concrete example of the non-profit organization Forum 50%, which is dedicated to the representation of women in Czech politics. Tourism trends in SIDS before and during the pandemic of COVID-19. Case study St. Martin - the Caribbean.

Small Island Developing States (SIDS) are a specific group of tourism destinations that are often economically dependent on the tourism industry. This paper examines the development of tourism in SIDS in the Caribbean before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, in which tourism was significantly restricted. The theoretical concept of the tourism area life cycle identifies the developmental stages of tourism in destinations, which, however, can be greatly affected by the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. The island of St. Martin was chosen for the research at the micro-regional level, where arrival numbers, activities and behaviors of tourists and day visitors were further examined.
