Health care system development from the perspective of citizens

Diploma thesis "Health care system development from the perspective of citizens" deals with the current state of Czech healthcare system, how is perceived by the citizens who are the target population of health policy and the main goal of health system is to improve their health. The main goal of this thesis is to find out, if the current state of Czech healthcare system meets with the requirements of citizens, having regard to the citizen's information and compared with the expectations. Qualitative and quantitative research methods (questionnaire, expert and semi structured interviews) were used to achieve the objectives. Theoretical and empirical part of the thesis is focused on the wider context of the role of citizens in the society and enforcement and respect of their human rights. There is emphasized the participation of citizens on health policy and importance of the human rights related to health in the thesis. Results of the survey show the lack of awareness of the human rights related to health and of news in healthcare that does not allow effective participation on creation and implementation of health policy and fulfillment of the role and responsibilities of the state in enforcement of the public interest. Customer Experience Emotions

This thesis focuses on the topic of emotions, which are connected with customer experience. Customer experience related to specific shop visited. Emotions are measured by marketing method emotional journey, through which the author shows which emotions are felt, with what frequency and intensity, what causes these emotions and what are difference between sociodemographic and other indicators in connection with these emotions. Theoretical and methodological part of the thesis is focused on the wider context connected with the induction of customers emotions and the influence of these emotion on the overall customer experience of used service. Results of the survey shows interconnection between emotions and index NPS (specifically categories of NPS index - neutrals, promoters, detractors) and results also how the importance of final farewell. Results also shows problems associated with using of method emotional journey, like the suitability of some emotions or understanding of meaning of some emotions by customers. Data were collected through mystery shopping method, which is commonly used for measuring of customer experience, and also data were collected through interviews with mystery shoppers.

Approach to homeless healthcare in Prague

Health of homeless people is worse than health of the rest of population and is still decreasing. Availability of health services should be obvious for the solution of this problem. The same health care facilities are available to homeless people as well as to the rest of population, but sometimes homeless can't use it fully. The aim of this work is to assess approach to homeless health care in Prague, i.e. how health services are organized and how health services are available for the homeless. In the empirical part are used two qualitative research methods, expert interviews and semi-structured interviews. Through this research it was found that health care isn't available for homeless people fully. It is related to a gap in the law of health insurance, where isn't clear who pays for the insurance in special cases. The basic health care is provided by the Center of social services Prague and o. s. Naděje. The greatest barrier in approach to homeless health care is money, especially if we consider approach to dentists, gynecologists and medicaments. Another barrier is stigmatization, each respondent said that he had had a negative experience with doctors or medical staff so far.

Relationship between music and drama education

This thesis focuses on the relationship between music and drama education. The first is about finding common principles and contact point in both education fields. The second part is about music and drama education at elementary art schools and thus addresses the relationship between the field of music and literary drama at elementary art schools. The third and fourth part contain a research and explores the influence of drama education on the development of musical skills, skills in the area of interpretation, communication and relationships.
