Business plan for a football camp for children

Author: Vojtěch Martinec Title: Business planfor a football camp for children Goal: The main objective of the thesis is to create a business plan, which in the context of the analysis of the external and internal environment will serve as a basis for the creation of a new business strategy of the Broumov football school. Methods: In this thesis, qualitative research methods are used, which include a literature search on business plan development and business analysis. Several analyses were conducted to obtain sufficient data. Descriptive document and marketing mix analysis, financial analysis and PEST analysis were used. The information from these analyses was summarized and evaluated using SWOT analysis. Based on the outputs of these analyses, recommendations for adjusting the strategy were made. Results: The result of the work is the proposed recommendations that could lead to an increase in the number of customers. Other recommendations are suggestions that will help to increase the revenue generated from the business itself. Principle of separation of powers and its manifestations in European Union

Theses focuses on manifestations of principle of separation of powers in European Union. Aim of theses is to find manifestations of the principle of separation of powers and manifestations of forms governemnt in the horizontal distribution of powers of highest bodies in European union named in article 13 (1) of the Treaty of European Union. Theses also aims to identify factors that affect this distribution of powers. Theses is divided into chapters in which are manifestations of the principle of separation of powers in European union elaborated. Opening chapter focuses on describing separation of powers in its general meaning, different approaches of this term, historical genesis of principle of separation of powers, components of principle of separation of powers and forms of government. Next chapters focus on objective of this theses. In these chapters we analyse distribution of powers in European union, interactions between highest bodies in European union and also similarities between forms of government and the system of European union. Generally speaking this thesis offers description and analysis of distribution of powers in European union which contributes to discussions about possible changes in the horizontal distribution of powers of highest bodies of European union. Contemporary Hungarian theatre scene - A Bárka Színház

This thesis brings together facts about one of the first theatre ensembles, which was established after the revolution in 1989 on the Hungarian territory, about The Bárka Theatre. This theatre company still successfully operates today. Some of facts I have collected in form of register. First part of my dissertation talks about the economical, historical a practical facts in the progress of The Bárka Theatre. In the second part I divulge more about some of their performances ,(Nehéz - Hard, Mulatság - Fun, Széntivánéji álom - Midsummer Night's Dream), and about some names, associated with the projects of this group. I have chosen this topic because the Hungarian cultural scene is very interesting and has a rich history but, due to languague barrier, can be very difficult for foreigners to appreciate and understand.
