Diploma thesis with the title Atentát na říšského protektora Reinharda Heydricha - komparace filmových adaptací Atentát (1964) a Anthropoid (2016) deals with the influence of selected factors on the movie representation of real historical event. These facts can be the time and the country of origin, the political situation in the country, the target market, nationality of the authors, etc. The theoretical part will present the historical context of the real event, the corresponding film theory, artistic means and methodology. The comparative analysis will help to compare pre-selected scenes and situations identical for both movies. The findings will be evaluated at the end of the thesis.

Communication activities of the music festival Rock for People between 2007-2012 bachelor thesis in the first part introduces festival Rock for People, focusing on the development from 1995 to present including important changes that had an impact on the present form of the festival. Second part includes detailed analysis of different communication channels and appropriate theory to the topic. Online communication covers the most comprehensive part. Communication activities of Rock for People are compared with the communication of identified competition in the third part. The final part summarises the thesis and results of previous comparison. The thesis includes appropriate image attachment.

Programmes for Children: Their Language and Culture

This thesis deals with television programmes for children. The aim of it is to introduce the topic and analyse them from language and cultural point of view, including the aspect of their suitability for children viewers. Importance of Media Education and following its basic principles are highlighted too. Children viewers are divided into groups according to various criteria, i.e. age, speech abilities and psychical development. The thesis contains research focused on parents' approach to Media Education and learning foreign languages via television programmes. Those are compared as to criteria that are established in the thesis. The author would like to present the topic, divide the viewers into groups and analyse the programmes with the emphasis on benefits of Media Education.
