Reconstruction of volcanic processes in the Komárov Complex: case from the Zaječov volcanic centre
Machalová, Jitka ; Rapprich, Vladislav (advisor) ; Fediuk, Ferry (referee)
Reconstruction of volcanic processes in the Komárov Complex: case from the Zaječov volcanic centre Summary Sheet lava flows with pillow breccias and hyaloclastites are interbedded agglomerate and volcaniclastics. This is the basic interpretation of rocks exposed in quarry near the town Zaječov. Rocks are part of geological area called Barrandien. Resediment volcaniclastic particles were transfer by sediment gravity flows. Agglomerates were deposited from volcaniclastic debris flow and fine grain volcanoclastics sediments from turbidity currents or hyperconcentrated flows. These types of flows named as eruption-fed aqueous density current are directly initiated by subaqueous volcanic eruption. One volcaniclastics strata set on the south wall of quarry was formed from subaquatic eruption plume, called steam copula. Steam copula created under the eruptive vent is water exclusion zone. Accretion lapilli can be formed in this zone if the copula is stable for a longer time. Accretion lapilli were generally considered to be able to form only in subaerial conditions, during the phreatomagmatic eruption till lately. Rocks exposed in quarry were probably formed during the Surtseyan eruption in shallow subaqueous setting. According to thin section lava flows are containing pseudomorphosis phenocrysts of olivine and...
Forced degradation study of canagliflozin with the use of HPLC
Máchalová, Jitka ; Křížek, Tomáš (advisor) ; Sobotníková, Jana (referee)
In this work a method for determination of canagliflozin and its degradation products by HPLC with UV and MS detector was developed. The developed method was used to study the forced degradation of canagliflozin and to investigate the major degradation products resulting from exposure of canagliflozin to oxidative stress. Canagliflozin is a phenolic glycoside derivative and a glucose-sodium transporter 2 inhibitor that stimulates urinary glucose excretion by suppressing glucose reabsorption from the proximal tubule in the kidneys. Canagliflozin is used to control blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. In an optimized method, an Agilent Poroshell 120 SB-Aq (2.1 × 100 mm, 2.7 µm) column was used and a mixture of buffer (10mM HCOOH adjusted with ammonium hydroxide to pH 3.5) and acetonitrile as a mobile phase. The method validation included testing of accuracy, repeatability, the limit of detection and quantification, linearity and linear dynamic range, the robustness of the method, and testing of sample stability. The limit of detection of the method was 8.9·10-5 mg ml-1 (2.0·10-7 mol l-1 ) and the limit of quantification was 3.0·10-4 mg ml-1 (6.8·10-7 mol l-1 ). At a concentration of 0.3 mg ml-1 , the repeatability (n = 7) was 0.17 % and 0.75 % for the retention time and the peak...
Development of an UHPLC method for stability study of venetoclax
Součástí validace metody bylo testování přesnosti, opa- kovatelnosti, meze detekce a kvantifikace, linearity a lineárního dynamického rozsahu, robustnosti metody a testování stability vzorku. Opakovatelnost retenčního času byla 0,07 % a opakovatelnost plochy píku byla 0,45 %. Hodnota meze detekce metody byla 1,6 · 10−5 mg mm−1 a hodnota meze kvantifikace byla 5,4 · 10−5 mg mm−1 . Linearita...

The aim of this thesis is to select and describes the commercial and free GIT software, which is useful for teaching, to examine current methods of teaching at universities gastrointestinal economic and managerial interests in the Czech Republic and abroad, and the collected informacion to mat out the teaching in the Faculty of Management in Jindřichův Hradec to propose its possible extension. The theoretical part describes the basic concents and the commercial and free GIT software. The practical part is devoted to methods of teaching GIT on selected Czech and foreign universities and mapping of the gastrointestinal teaching at the Faculty of Management in Jindřichův Hradec proposal and its possible extension. The author of this thesis does not deal with professional teaching GIT.
