The aim of this thesis is to use deep neural networks for task in reinforcement learning. I use my modification of 2D game Tuxánci for the purposes of the test environment. This modification provides the possibility of using the game as an environment for machine learning. Subsequently, Iam solving the task of learning the agent by using reinforcement learning with the Double DQN algorithm.

Expression and purification of recombinant proteins of human Aichi virus and other kobuviruses

Viral 2Apro plays many important functions in the life cycle of virus. It is protease that is involved in the cleavage of the viral polyprotein in the VP1/2A region. The structure of protein contains active site, thanks to this the protein is able to bind various substrates in the host cell, which is essential for viral infection. With the help of 2Apro , the virus can bypass the host immune response and stop the production of key host proteins. Therefore, 2Apro is suitable target for antiviral intervention. In this work were prepared two recombinant proteins from Aichi virus and Coxsackievirus B3. These are viruses of the family Picornaviridae, which belong among the human pathogens that in some cases cause serious diseases. Aichi virus is the cause of gastroenteritis and Coxsackievirus B3 in the worst cases causes dilated cardiomyopathy. Cardiomyopathy leads to poor heart function due to it is enlargement and can lead to heart failure. (In Czech) Key words: recombinant proteins, 2Apro , Aichi virus, Coxsackievirus B3
application of prospect theory on poker players

Based on previous works on application of prospect theory this paper try a similar procedure to prove the truth of prospect theory for poker players. Data are collected from online poker casino Pokerstars within a few days. These data, however, are not entirely opportune to test prospect theory, since it can not accurately determine the reference point for prospect theory. Looseness measurements confirmed findings of prospect theory. Players are risk seeking for loss and risk aversion for profit. This effect is more noticeable in losses than in equally high profits. And also players are feeling more actual losses and gains than earlier losses and gains. Measurement of aggression also confirmed prospect theory but are not significant. This may be due to the way aggression is measured, because players can simply substitute the aggressive actions by calling, which can also increase the risk. Also this paper fail to demonstrate that the most risk averse players can turn pritable after loss, which results in increased risk.
Zhodnocení struktury stávající databáze starých ekologických zátěží‚ definování kritérií pro hodnocení jejich vlivu na ŽP a pro stanovení priorit jejich odstraňování s důrazem na brownfields

Popis nového informačního systému SEKM (Systém evidence komtaminovaných míst), který vychází ze stávajících systémů SEKM a Priority kontaminovaných míst (PKM). Jsou použity nové technologie a výrazně odlišný datový model, nad kterým systém pracuje. Text popisuje posun vůči dosavadním systémům. Data z původních systémů lze konvertovat do nové struktury bez ztráty informací. Byly ověřovány možnosti transformace dat o kontaminovaných lokalitách z registru ČGS Geofond.
