The content of this bachelor thesis is the design of a new apartment building in the town of Nový Jičín. It is an object with three above-ground floors and a partial basement. The vertical supporting structures are designed from clay masonry, in the basement of the permanent concrete formwork. The object will be covered with a flat roof. The design documentation has been prepared according to valid legal and technical regulations.

The thesis is focused on elaboration of project documentation. The student house will be located in the city of Ostrava. The building has 4 above-ground floors with partial basement .The basement will for the most part serve as a technical facilities. On the first floor there will be rooms - reception, reception, office, bicycle room, café, small shop, gym, copy center, facilities and hygienic room. Residential units are located on 2 to 4 floors. There will be 26 residential units - single and double, total for 54 persons. Each residential cell has its own sanitary facilities and a kitchenette. The building is designed as a masonry system. The load-bearing masonry in the basement is from a lost formwork of 300 mm. external wall and internal supporting masonry of above-ground floors of clay masonry, Therm type, 300 mm. The warm flat roof is extensive, with a fall of 3%.

Title: Drop out in women's youth competitive basketball Objectives: The main goal of this master thesis is to use electronic questioning to find out the reasons for the atrition of former female players, within the last five years, in the categories U12-U19 (the so-called age category 12-19 years) from the basketball Youth Sports Centers (SCM and SpS) that have been assigned the status of the year 2022. Methods: The work used a combination of the quantitative method, in the form of an electronic questionnaire that was sent to former young female players, and the qualitative method, where in-depth interviews were conducted with four coaches and one female coach. For higher accuracy and better com- parison of results, the questionnaire was constructed based on previously conducted studies on the drop out of sports activities of children and youth, specifically according to the model "Questionnaire of reasons for attri- tion" by Gould et al. (1982). Results: A total of 1945 girls droped out from basketball centers during the period under review. 160 former players participated in the research. The main reasons the girls left were: "I felt a lot of pressure from the coaches", I didn't like the coach" and "I didn't feel like an important part of the team".
