The goal of this bachelor thesis is a design and realization of an application, which would automatically check the hiking trails managed by Czech Tourist Club (Czech: Klub českých turistů, KČT) in the OpenStreetMap (hereinafter OSM) project's data. In this technical report is described the OSM project and its way of community mapping, data storage and the OSM data distribution. To map the hiking trails in the Czechia we use so called OpenTrackMap. In the following part are described the possibilities of the manual and automatic OSM data check. The part of the technical report is a design of the OSM data checking application. In the end of this work is described the implementation of the application and there is also attached the manual for the application.

lysis of project risks in the Student organization of project management at the University of Economics, Prague

Masters thesis is focused on risk management of a particular project in the Student club of project management which was founded by students of the University of Economics in Prague. The theoretical part describes the basic definition and principles of project management including each particular step of the risk management process. The methodological part includes main methods used for collections of the data and analysis of risks. The Masters Thesis objective is to identify and analysis absences of the risk management of the project. The main contributions of the Thesis is the draft of risk management process. The proposals implementation would be helpful for other teams of the organization to manage the risk in their projects more efficiently and would support improving members knowledge of project management.

The aim of this thesis is to carry out analysis of methods of evaluating project management maturity, to use a selected method on a specific company, and to propose appropriate arrangements in order to improve the level of project management in the selected company. The thesis deals with important terms such as project, and project management. The next part contains the analysis of methods of evaluating project management maturity. From these methods, the author chose the CMMI model, applied it to a specific company, and proposed specific arrangements.

The aim of this thesis is to explore management challenges of an enterprise, which it has to face in the times of turbulent economic changes and which are difficult to handle for a functional organization. The solution provided by this thesis is to successfully implement process and project management systems. The theory part provides an introduction to the principles of project management and process management, focusing on their integration and practical application in the real business environment. The thesis also aims at powers and responsibilities delegation for project managers and process owners as well as their necessary competences. The practical part will study a real case of the implementation of a new process and project management system, comparing the results of the enterprise before and after the implementation.
