Heterogeneous bipolar membrane and the influence of composition on its properties

This work is focused on the preparation of heterogeneous bipolar membranes and studies the influence of different composition on mechanical and physical properties. The main feature of this approach is optimalization of composition following gained data. Theoretical part contains new piece of knowledge in the field of heterogeneous bipolar membranes. Experimental part engages preparation of bipolar ion-exchange membranes on one face cation-selective and on the other one anion-selective. In this case are used variant types of polyethylene.

Fluctuation of Employees in the Manufacturing Company

This thesis concerns fluctuation of employees in a manufacturing company. The approach taken was based on existing literature on the topic, internal data provided by the company, collaboration with workers and HR employees, and a survey. The aim was to propose a set of recommendations leading to a decrease in the number of employees voluntarily leaving company DFK s.r.o. The resulting recommendations could be used by the HR department as a guidelines in designing new motivational policies and rethinking the work environment.

Polymer matrix based on epoxydized oils

The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with a current state in the field polymer matrix based on vegetable oils and their epoxidation. Subsequently it deals with epoxy resins – particularly their structure, crosslinking and a curing. The experimental part of this research focuses on the amine curing of epoxy resins. A curing of epoxidized soybean oil with various amine curing agents was tested and also a curing of a blend containing comercial epoxy resin and epoxidized soybean oil. Testing pieces were prepared from selected mixtures and a tensile test was performed on them.

Thesis is based on analyses of current situation, internal data, cooperation with employees of departments from Purchasing, Planning and Logistics. Suggestions are focused on decreasing value of inventory with positive impact on customers in company PODNIK s.r.o. Suggestions will be used as an inspiration for management for developing new strategy of management of supplier-customer relationship.

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou postav ve vybraných románech české psychologické prózy 30. a počátku 40. let 20. století. Jde o romány Vlčí jáma a Advent Jarmily Glazarové, Petrolejové lampy a Helimadoe Jaroslava Havlíčka a Černé světlo Václava Řezáče. První - teoretická - část práce podává stručný výklad o obecné problematice psychologické prózy, o jejích charakteristických znacích a vývoji, zvláště se zaměřuje na psychologickou prózu v českém kontextu. Následující kapitoly jsou věnovány jednotlivým autorům, jejich biografiím a přehledu tvorby. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných postav, a to v rámci rozdělení na postavy ženské a mužské. Závěrečná kapitola obsahuje shrnutí a srovnání získaných poznatků. The topic of bachelor thesis is the Corporate Social Responsibility. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the definition, basic principles of corporate social responsibility, such as Stakeholder Theory and Tripple Bottom line, and further explains the progress of the implementation cycle. In the practical part there are identified socially responsible behavior at a private college and it is proposed partial progress in the implementation of the concept of CSR in the company.
