Game for Oculus Quest
Kryštůfek, Jakub ; Novák, Jiří (referee) ; Pomikálek, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a prototype of a videogame in virtual reality for target platform Oculus Quest 2. The game was created with game engine Unity with emphasis on optimalization and extensibility of implemented systems. Within the implemented game was created system of autonomous agents via finite state machines and planning architecture goal-oriented action planning. One of the most insteresting game mechanics is fire propagation system implemented with cellular automaton.

The role of radiologist assistant in myocardial perfusion scintigraphy in children
Kryštůfek, Josef ; Michalová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Táborská, Kateřina (referee)
This thesis is focused mainly on the role of radiology assistant in myocardial SPECT examinations, which are here applied in its entirety, from preparing the patient, recording of data, quality control and processing studies. The aim of this study was to analyse cardiac gated SPECT imaging at children examinated in the Clinic of Nuclear Medicine and Endocrinology in the University Hospital Motol in years 2002-2008 - their numbers, indications and results concerning of impairment of perfusion and function of myocardium of the left ventricle. There were compared normal values of ejection fractions (EF) of gated SPECT (evaluated by software 4D-MSPECT) with normal values of 3D echocardigraphy. 37 children aged 7 do 18 years underwent cardiac gated SPECT imaging in the Clinic of Nuclear Medicine and Endocrinology in the University Hospital Motol in years 2002-2008. The main indications for examinations were: anomalous origin of the left coronary artery, transposition of the great arteries after arterial switch operation, Kawasaki disease, stress related ST depresion on ECG and chest pain. From 37 patients had normal result 19 children, abnormal result 18. The totale count of cardiac SPECT studies are 68 ( some patients had stress and rest examination). 53 studies are gated (35 after stress, 18 in the rest ). 15...
Living in a small town in the First Republic
Kryštůfek, Jan ; Pargač, Jan (advisor) ; Šalanda, Bohuslav (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to write historical and ethnographic study, based on archival sources and regional literature, which characterized the political, economic and social life in a small town as a "first" Czechoslovak Republic. Maps the Federal and cultural life of the special regard to federal action. City is examined in the period of 1918-1938 Dobris City, located in central Bohemia, in Pribram district. The study draws from the minutes of City Council, Federal chronicles regional newspapers, and census Operational Plan memory.

Physical Model of the Vocal Folds
Kryštůfek, Jan ; Bula, Vítězslav ; Horáček, Jaromír
Assuming symmetry of self-oscillations, a half physical model of the vocal folds was made. Working principle of the model is based on self-induced oscillations occurring when a critical air flow rate is crossed. Air flow rate of 0,6 l/s was used for generation of flow-induced oscillations of elastic part of the model with fundamental frequency 117 Hz. Used elastic element made of polyurethane rubber was designed and manufactured by Thomson from Purdue University (Indiana) [1], [2]. The introductory measurements were performed by using a high speed digital camera. We propose to use the model as a source of acoustic pressure for excitation of physical models of the human vocal tract.
Experimental investigation of acoustics of a simplified physical vocal tract model for phonation of vowel /A/ by LF pulse excitation
Kryštůfek, Jan ; Vampola, T. ; Horáček, Jaromír
The paper is focused on experiment of investigation of acoustics properties of 3D simplified model of human vocal tract for phonation of vowel /a/. The physical model was excited by LF pulse and acoustic pressure was measured in specific points. Measured values were evaluated and compared with values calculated by Finite Element Method (FEM).
Measurement and computation of acoustic characteristics of a simplified vocal tract model for phonation of vowel /a/
Kryštůfek, J. ; Vampola, T. ; Horáček, Jaromír ; Veselý, Jan
The paper is focused on experimental verification of 3D modeling of the acoustic characteristics of human vocal tract for phonation of vowel /a/ by the finite element method. The computational and experimental modal analyses were carried out on the mathematical and physical models of the vocal tract. The acoustic pressure computed by transient analysis in time domain is compared with measured resonant characteristics in frequency domain.
