Traditional and nontraditional compensatory requisites

The thesis deals with the operating of computers by disabled people and its solution. The division of disabled people,integration, working opportunities of disabled people and financing of the tools is analysed at the beginning of the thesis. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the description of thirteen selected compensatory tools for disabled people and it also deals with testing of three compensatory tools which are available. Testing took place in rehabilitation centre in Kladruby and in ARPIDA centre in České Budějovice. Ten patients were tested. The result of the thesis is a brochure with the parameters of the selected tools. The recommendation for the disabled patients we worked with is also included.

The history of information system development

The main aim of my bachelor work is mapping of four development phases of information systems from the view of application architecture. The development of information systems in companies is connected with their ambition for future expansion and global strategy of a given company. AAA AUTO a.s. is one of many examples. The company has implemented a new information system Microsoft Dynamics NAV recently. Herewith the architecture of information systems was significantly changed. My work is divided into two main chapters. In the first chapter I describe the particular phases. In the second chapter I analyse the information system of the company before and after implementation. In the conclusion I would like to sum up which global strategies the company charged and classified its information system into one of the four phases. The method I used to fulfill these objectives was the examination of specializes sources and internal company documentation.

Possible solutions in the domain of the "Human resources management" in the information system of an organization

My study focuses on methods of the human resources management in an information company. Human resources management and personal information systems present nowadays a very important aspect not only in terms of a management but also in terms of long-term company strategies. Proper human resources management and information system functioning provide an organization with a priceless competitive advantage in the form of effective usage of human resources. At first, human resources management is examined from the theoretic point of view and after that these theoretical needs are set against possibilities of a usage of personal information systems. Consequently, different functions of personal information systems and their supply on the Czech market are analyzed. In the separate chapter I bring in a practical example which summarizes the present state of human resources management and personal information systems in the Tyllco s.r.o. company and which also comprises my recommendation for an improvement.

Vybrané možnosti práce z domova a mimo stálé pracoviště

Práce se zabývá možnostmi a způsoby, jakými lze v dnešní době pracovat z domova. Definuje a osvětluje jednotlivé pojmy, které s touto problematikou úzce souvisí, protože je tato oblast zatím v literatuře jen velmi nejednoznačně popsána. Základním cílem této práce je pokus vymezit práci z domova a mimo stálé pracoviště. Druhým cílem je ukázat vzory takovéto práce a upozornit na její pozitiva a negativa. Dalším cílem je ukázat jednotlivé možnosti, kterými lze tento model práce či podnikání realizovat. Po úvodní kapitole, která definuje základní pojmy, následuje druhá část práce, která řeší možné postupy při realizaci práce z domova. Třetí část práce je zároveň nejobsáhlejší a je věnována zkušenostem a konkrétním příkladům nabídek na práci z domu.
