Synthesis and in vitro evaluation of pyridinium type acetylcholinesterase inhibitors.

Title: Synthesis and in vitro evaluation of pyridinium type acetylcholinesterase inhibitors Author: Anna Kopečková Nerve agents are extremely toxic substances. As prophylactics against these compounds, reversible acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitors are used in the Czech Army. The goal of the thesis was to synthesise new potential inhibitors and evaluate their in vitro inhibition activity. The compounds were designed as asymmetrical bisquaternary molecules. Their structure was derived from isochinoline and 4-benzylpyridine; these two molecules were connected with variable connecting linkages (5-12 carbons). The synthesis involved two steps. Reactions of both steps took place in acetonitrile at 70 řC. Afterwards, the compounds were purified and their identity was confirmed with NMR- analysis, mass spectrometry and elementary analysis. The Ellman's method was used for the inhibitory potential evaluation. Eight compounds were succesfully prepared. All of them showed promising inhibitory potential (IC50 values 10-7 -10-8 mol/l). The stronges inhibitors were compounds bearing heptylenic and decylenic connecting linkage (IC50 0,05 µM). The selecitivity towards AChE decreased with prolonging connecting linkage.

Hodnocení udržitelného rozvoje vybraného regionu

This study is focused on the sustainable development in the subregion Velké Dářko for the years 2009-2013. The first part focuses on theoretical overview of sustainable development and evaluation methodology that author chose to develop this publication. The second part is analyzed the subregion and individual municipalities are evaluated through selected indicators. Results are presented in graphs. The final section contains a summary of the results with specific priorities and measures recommended author to keep the development of the subregion in all three assessed areas (economic, social and environmental).

Factoring and his accounting reflection

The work deals with the type of short-term financing used especially by the small and middle companies - factoring. The theoretical part deals with its history and developement, its legal framework, types of factoring, its costs, that can be compared with the other types of short-term financing mentioned in the diploma work. I tried to sum up for and against of factoring. Especially negatives are not mentioned very often. The particular example of factoring costs is solved in the practical part. The same example is booked together with the offset with the customer. Then there are suggested other possibilities of booking the factoring, that are suitable to be used.

Zahraniční měna v účetnictví České republiky

Práce se zabývá nejběžnějšími případy účtování se zahraniční měnou v České republice.Vysvětluje, jaké kurzy může subjekt pro účtování s cizí měnou použít, kdy a jak vznikají kurzové rozdíly a jak se zaúčtují. Dále ukazuje, jak se vypořádat s cizí měnou při účtování v bance a pokladně, jak účtují se zahraniční měnou subjekty vedoucí daňovou evidenci atd. Na závěr se zmiňuji i o mezinárodní harmonizaci.
