Employees Education and Development in the Company of Česká Zbrojovka Uherský Brod.

This thesis deals with the education and development of employees in the company Česká zbrojovka a. s., Uherský Brod. Educated workers form the key to the successful running of the organization. The main aim of the thesis is based on implemented analysis of existing state of the education system of the company propose desirable changes to this system to support the further successful development of the employees and the company as a whole. The work is divided into four parts. The first part is theoretical and describes the system of staff training and development. The second part consists of methodologies. The third part of the analysis in this section is an analysis of the current educational system of the company. The fourth section contains suggestions for improving this system.
Proposal for the Motivational System of the Česká zbrojovka a.s.

The thesis is aimed at proposing a system of motivation at the Ceska Zbrojovka a.s. company. The intention of the thesis is to uncover the inadequacies of the current system of motivation within the company and to propose recommendations which would lead to higher satisfaction, a rise in work morale and performance of the employees. The theoretical section marks out the basic terms in the field of human resources, motivation and stimulation of the work force. Ceska Zbrojovka a.s. is characterized in the analytical section and an analyses is carried out through a survey in the form of a questionnaire. The current situation is summarized according to the results and my own proposals for solutions on improving the system of motivation which will lead to the increase in employee satisfaction.

Transportation of products of Česká zbrojovka a.s.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of international transportation of products traded by Česká zbrojovka a.s., concentrating specifically on air and sea transportation. The main focus is on the transport of products destined for the automotive industry and on the transport of weapons and cartridges. The first theoretical part deals with air and sea transport, transport of dangerous goods and the International Commercial Terms (INCOTERMS). The second practical part examines separate transports of these products. In the end of this practical part are these concrete examined transports compared.

This thesis deals with the issue of corporate culture from both practical and theoretical point of view. The theoretical part explains the essence of corporate culture, its determinants and changes in corporate culture as well as terms such as corporate identity,corporate image and business ethics. The practical part focuses specifically on corporate culture of the company Česká zbrojovka a.s. This part analyses separate elements of corporate culture such as CSR, ethics code, motivation and remuneration of employees or dress code.
