Comparison Of The Pension System Of The Czech Republic And Slovakia
Koláčný, Jiří ; Poláček, Tomáš (referee) ; Bočková, Nina (advisor)
The subject of the thesis is comparison of the pension system in the Czech Republic and Slovak and their complex evaluation. Due to steadily degradating demographic distribution, a change in the pension system is necessary as a current state of affairs is unsustainable for the future. The first pension pillar, paid by the state, will not be able to finance a degnified pension for an increasing of retired people. In my thesis, I will compare which of the above countries is better prepared for change. Pension reduction are expected to be up to ten per-cent, so it is important to inform and prevent, for example, meaningful retirement savings.

The Project Proposal of Application Development
Nossek, Daniel ; Koláčný, Jiří (referee) ; Doskočil, Radek (advisor)
In my bachelor's thesis, I deal with the detailed planning of a project whose goal is to create a new application. More specifically, I detail the pre-project phase of the project, from which the project part would subsequently emerge. The first chapter of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical foundations of project management. Here, we get acquainted with the definitions of basic concepts, methodologies and procedures used in the field of project management. The theoretical knowledge will then be applied in practice in the next part of the thesis. The second chapter focuses on the specific project of creating an application and the company that will process it. In this part, a thorough analysis of the current market situation, competitors and customer needs is presented, which will allow us to propose an optimal solution. This is followed by the actual design of the solution, in which the overall basis of the project, its different phases, tasks and responsibilities are described in detail. The output of this proposal will be a detailed plan that takes into account all the important aspects of a successful project. Based on this plan, it will be possible to monitor the progress of the project, coordinate the various activities and ensure that the desired outcome is achieved, i.e. the creation of an application that is profitable for all parties involved.
