Bachelor's thesis deals in detail with knowledge workers in education with an emphasis on tacit knowledge, their division, sharing and importance. In addition to theoretical analyse of information sources in Czech, English and Swedish language sites were based on interviews with four elementary schools are defined Managers of tacit knowledge that I work divided into tacit knowledge intrapersonal, interpersonal and context-specific. The most common tacit knowledge proved to those used when working with people, whether they are knowledgeable about their personality, which we can use in their motivation, understandable assigning tasks or any other communication for example knowledge about their family, financial or social background affecting not only their personality, but at the moment the mental and physical condition. During interviews were used as stimulators 30 concepts written on cards and was subsequently completed a questionnaire interview with scaling terms used and some personal issues. The work is intended for school directors, who come to a new school and want to quickly navigate not only the explicit knowledge relating to specific schools, but also in those heavily adopted - tacit knowledge.
