Visualization of the production line by FactoryTalk Optix
Sýkora, Ondřej ; Knobloch, Tomáš (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This thesis is focused on creating a visualization in the new FactoryTalk Optix environment for the Automatic Bartender and Coaster Press machines. The first part is dedicated to the general rules of HMI visualization, the main concepts are based on the ANSI/ISA-101.01.-2015 standard. The second part is devoted to the analysis of visualization tools and software and their comparison and assessment of suitability of use for Allen-Bradley PLC. The final work is devoted to the design and implementation of visualization in the FactoryTalk Optix environment. In the fifth part, changes to machines, PC and PLC programs are analyzed. Also mentioned here is the superior FactoryTalk Batch control tool and how the visualization and editing of the PLC program is prepared for it. The last part is dedicated to editing the user manual.
Batches for the the distillation column
Pleva, Damián ; Knobloch, Tomáš (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The goals of this bachelor’s thesis are to get acquainted with the laboratory model of the distillation column and the control PLC. Then create literature search of standard 88. And finally to design, implement and test a batch-controlled program for distillation column.
Application ISA 95 standard to the automation barman machine
Musil, Zdeněk ; Knobloch, Tomáš (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design and application of the ISA 95 standard for a semi-automatic barman machine. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the description of the ISA 95 models, together with FactoryTalk platform and its products related to the ISA 95 standard. In the practical part batch procedure is designed and applied on the machine. Based on this, implementation of standard ISA 95 using Rockwell Automation products is made. The last chapter of this thesis deals with verification of functionality and overall system design, from which concludes an overall machine performance and production deficiencies.
Control of lift model with the fieldbus AS-Interface
Goryl, Stanislav ; Knobloch, Tomáš (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The aim of the master thesis is to create and verify the control algorithm of a personal lift. First part of the thesis focuses on a literature review investigating the requirements for personal lifts. Based on the information found in the review, selected measures were implemented in the model so that it would be the most suitable to the requirements for personal lifts. A brief introduction of the lift and its norms is followed by a description of the programme and control algorithm, including the description of the used add-on instructions. Last part describes the visualization which is used to control the lift model. In addition to controlling, the visualization provides statistical data, the current status of the programme and information about the set parameters, inputs, outputs and faults.
Using of ISA 95 for part of the production line
Horák, Lukáš ; Knobloch, Tomáš (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of the ISA-95 standard on a newly created production line. The standard and its models are described in the theoretical part, following with the individual selected software solutions, which were used for the standard’s application. Subsequently, a description of the construction and program tools of both devices, which by physical arrangement and their connection create the production line, is provided. The next part of the thesis deals with the design and application of a batch control process. This is the basis for an ISA-95 standard implementation, which uses specific software resources for data acquisition and visualization. A functional verification of the production line and realized design was done within the last part. The conclusion presents an evaluation of production based on analyzed data from the test production.
Application ISA 95 standard to the distillation column
Lesák, Michal ; Knobloch, Tomáš (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis is about design of implementation of the ISA-95 standard for model of distillation column. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical part and empiric part. In theoretical part, based on scientific literature there are defined terms about regarding standard ISA-95 in which are described individual models of standard ISA-95. Next chapter of diploma thesis is focused on FactoryTalk Services Platform, in which are introdced applications made by RockWell Automation, which are applied for this standard. Then there is description of distilation and model of distilation column. Last chapter of theoretical part is focused on industrial EtherNet/IP. This chapter blends into empiric part. In the next chapter of empiric part, there is design of implementation of standard ISA-95 using applications made by Rockwell Automation. Next chapter is focused on realization of the desing. Chapter of empiric part evaluates the entire project.
Batch control of the barman machine
Slavinský, Vojtěch ; Knobloch, Tomáš (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with research on Batch Control and ISA95 standard. It also deals with the supplied robot with the work name Barman. The thesis describes its real state in terms of hardware and software. Subsequently, the thesis describes the design of Barman control according to standards for Batch Control. The implementation of this proposal is the content of the second part of this work.
Visualization of the production line
Bačůvka, Petr ; Knobloch, Tomáš (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis is devoted to the creation of a production line visualization. This production line consists of two devices, automated bartender and coaster press. The first part is dedicated to the literature search of the standard for the creation of HMI ANSI / ISA - 101.01.-2015. Next, both devices, their basic features and functionalities are described. The creation of the visualization itself is described in the third chapter. The creation procedures, the programs used and the individual parts of the visualization are presented here. The work also includes the documentation of the modifications made to the line. The last part is dedicated to the creation of the user manual. In addition to the classic part dedicated to the control description, it is also expanded with information for people who will make further adjustments to the devices.
Molecular mechanisms of predation of planktonic protist \kur{Hemistasia phaeocysticola}
KNOBLOCH, Tomáš
In this thesis growth curves under specific conditions, fluorescence microscopy, and transcriptomic analyses were used to investigate whether the marine protist Hemistasia phaeocysticola is able to prey on bacteria and the determination of its molecular mechanisms of predation.
