Concept for Organizational Culture Change in SOFIZO, Ltd.

This master’s thesis treats about organizational culture in the firm SOFIZO, Ltd. The main emphasis of this work is to judge on examination current situation of organizational culture. The work is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part defines terms related to organizational culture. In the practical part of this thesis you can find analysis organization culture of company trought the questionnaire surfy. On the basis of questionary is designated structure, elements and orientation of organizational culture of the firm. Results from the questionnaires were used to develop a proposal for improvement of organizational culture.

There is also defined the quality of health care and its measurement. In the empirical part is verified the relationship between health care costs and quality indicators based on the correlation and regression analysis.
