Studie dopadů destinace Singltrek pod Smrkem na region

This thesis deals with the impact analysis of realization the destination site of trails Singltrek pod Smrkem in Nové Město pod Smrkem and surroundings on nearby region. Results are based on surveys among visitors of the trails, residents of nearby municipalities and entrepreneurs in the region. For a purpose of the evaluation of the date the the cost-benefit analysis was used. Among the benefits of the project there is the reduction of unemployment, utility from using the service for the visitors or increased profits of local businesses. With the method of internal rate of return that was calculated on 20,6 %. In conclusion it was found that benefits are higher than costs and all stakeholders can be satisfied. In the end were submitted some recommendations for the sustaining of the project and its development because it can be threatened by the newly founding destination site with the same focus.

Music Pollution In Public Places

This diploma thesis focuses on issues connected with music pollution, which has an impact on us whenever we are near noisy, disturbing and irritating music that we have to listen to involuntarily. We are exposed to this kind of noise on daily basis and we usually ignore the consequences it may bring. This thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part describes the main characteristics, with made research and the most common forms of musical noise - musical coulisse, background music. The main source of information was my questionnaire filled in by 136 respondents. It presents a complex overview on this poorly analyzed and complicated issue as well as shows in which public places we are exposed to the music pollution frequently and how we perceive it. As the main result of my study I consider the finding that majority of people find a musical noise in public places disturbing. The most irritating places seem to be restaurants and waiting rooms. However some silent music is rather required in places like restaurants, coffee shops and waiting rooms. Younger generation prefers loud music in shops, in contrary to middle age respondents that would prefer silent music. People are usually not protecting themselves much against a musical noise. The bachelor thesis is focused on the concept of the local development partnership, on its application and evaluation of its benefits. The concept was applied on the example of Sporten, a. s. company and the town of Nové Město na Moravě. The theoretical part of a bachelor thesis is focused to explanation of important terms related both to the local (regional) development and communication tools and the terms closely related to that. Practical part is focused to the analysis of the marketing research and further recommendation arising from it that could help to improve local development and mutual relation between public administration, company and the citizens.
