Verification of the usability ultrasonic pulse method for the assessing of frost resistance of concrete bricks
Kašparová, Jana ; Hubáček, Adam (referee) ; Brožovský, Jiří (advisor)
Purpose of Bachelor thesis is to verify use of the utrasonic impulsive method to determine frost resistence of the concrete. Theoretical part disscusses about basic characteristic of a vibropressed concrete, description of a causes of frost and defrosting on the concrete. As well further factor simple menting frost resistance are reviewed. Summary is followed with standard requirements forwall concrete elements, trial proceduresfor non destructive and destructive methods for concrete and other construction materials and thein evaluation systems. Second part of Bachelor thesis is dedicated to analyse and evaluate results and relationship of trials used for testing of a concrete brick in frost resistence with use of cyclic freezing and use of a trial non destrucive ultrasonic impulsive method as well destructive mode.

Socially orientated prose of Karel Nový in 20th and 30th of 20th century
Kašparová, Jana ; Wiendl, Jan (advisor) ; Holý, Jiří (referee)
The bachelor thesis deals with socially focused prose of writer Karel Nový in 20s and 30s of the 20th century. The first part is devoted to life and work of Karel Nový in the context of this time. Following chapters are focused on the four defined books - Městečko Raňkov, Samota Křešín, Peníze a Chceme žít. The key area of interest is the form of the space and conception of characters in these books. The aim of this work is to remind these books and to define their basic characteristics in comparison to one other.
Helium in solar flares
Frýda, Jan ; Kašparová, Jana (advisor) ; Krtička, Jiří (referee)
Solar flares are the most energetical process in the Solar system and massive amount of energy is released during such eruptions in the form of heat, radiation and accelerated particles. Propagation of electron beam in the solar atmosphere is described by the re- sults of the numerical code RADYN, whose results were used in this thesis for studying radiation losses of helium transitions and subsequent determination, if and which helium transitions are important in processes in the solar atmosphere during a solar flare. It was determined by studying height dependency of the radiation losses for various parameter combinations of the electron beam and various times of electron beam propagation in the solar atmosphere that radiation losses of helium transitions are important for modelling of solar flares. Among the most important helium transitions are the transitions 10830.29 Å, 20580.82 Å, 227.84 Å, 503.98 Å and 303.78 Å. 1
Solar Flares from Optical to X-ray Emission
Nejedlý, Jaroslav ; Kašparová, Jana (advisor) ; Řípa, Jakub (referee)
Solar flare is a phenomenon during which a large amount of energy is released in various forms. Part of this energy is released in form of different electromagnetic radiation. By analysing hard X-ray spectra of such emission it is possible to derive various parameters of a flare. Thanks to accurate images of solar atmosphere in comparatively high resolution, it is possible to analyse spatial structure of solar flares. By combining data from RHESSI, SDO, GOES, and ground-based observatories, it is feasible to gain an overview of various aspects of solar flares. Combination of multiple different observations of same event will allow us to compare obtained results. The result of this thesis is an analysis of spectra and spatial structures of two selected flares and derivation of their parameters. 1
Stress management and personal growth in Organization
KAŠPAROVÁ, Jana
This bachelor's thesis focuses on personal growth as a means of coping with stress. The aim of the work is to analyse the stress factors in connection with personal growth. The aim of questionnaire survey of employees as well as unstructured interviews with employees and management is to analyse how the employees are interested in personal growth, how they manage stress and if the personal growth helps them to cope with stress more effectively. The main aim of this thesis is to research the stress factors and the effect of stress in connection with personal growth including suggestions for changes in the current stress management. Based on the questionnaire survey the suggestions for changes in the current stress management including the financial part are mentioned.
Importance of ethics in social work
KAŠPAROVÁ, Jana
The diploma thesis deals with the elucidation of the importance of ethics in social work. It focuses on important theoretical knowledge in the field of ethics and ethical concepts and its aim is to point out the possibilities of using ethical values, theories or virtues in professional practice. The work is focused on the presentation of important ethical concepts and ethical values, the contemporary form of social work, the personality of the social worker, the level and importance of education, and various examples of possible ethical problems or ethical dilemmas that can occur in the practice of social work. This thesis is based on the assumption that current social work is in a crisis and its setting requires change.
