Quantifying the cost of investment into the construction budget adjustments and valuation of a standard family house a home's value difference before and after completion of building alterations. Calculated data on the amount of investment and valuation of a standard family house to compare and evaluate in what time period, age structure and in what kind of investment in construction to occur by similar adjustments to the assessment.

Leadership as a tool of external motivation of employees in a small and medium-sized enterprise

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the level of management leadership and its impact on the motivation of employees in the Happy Sport company. In theoretical part the basic concepts of leadership and motivation, leadership models, leadership styles and motivation systems are described. In practical part using questionnaires, interviews and observations, ideas of management and staff about motivation and leadership are compared. The survey results are the basis for creating designs, which should lead to increase the employee motivation and help managers to become successful leaders.

This bachelor thesis focuses on types of stressful situations and their influence on members of fire brigades and possible ways of their prevention. In general, it summarizes the issues of stess, stressful reactions and their effect on individuals. Furthermore, use of appropriate methods examines and defines stress situation in the work of members of HZS in terms of their subjective perception.
