Needs and expectations of consumer co-operative's customers

The master thesis deals with needs and expectations of consumer co-operative´s customers in the Tábor. The main aim is to find out degree of satisfaction of customers of the co-operative´s customers in the visited store and to determine their expectations from the point of view of the development of the supply of goods and services. The secondary aim is to find out if customer has enough stores at the place of his residence. Then to find out if the reason of person which does not buy here is the lack of COOP stores at the place of his residence. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is carried out by the external sources. It describes the terms of customer behaviour, customer´s satisfaction or cooperative and consumer cooperatives. The second part is the practical part. In this section a marketing research is realized. The data are assemble by the questionnaire survey. After that, recommendations are suggested for increase satisfaction of the consumers and co-operative´s customers.

It describes the concept to terms such as label, private label or marketing research. In the practical part a marketing research is realized. The data are collected by the questionnaire survey. Analysis of the Milk Price Developments in Selected EU Countries

The main aim of this thesis was describe and evaluate the price trend of milk and dairy products in selected countries of European Union during the period (2001 - 2010). In the first part of this thesis are theoretical knowledge from the sphere of price - pricing methods. The practical part describes the development of agriculture (average numbers of dairy cows, the average annual milk yield, average milk deliveries to dairies for processing...). Then is described the evolution of the farm price of milk and the price of industrial producer (butter and skim milk powder) in selected countries. Next is shown the influence of farm milk prices on the variability of butter and skim milk powder prices. There are also calculated elasticity.

The main aim of this bachelor´s work was describe and evaluate the price trend of milk and milk product over the past decade in the Czech Republic and European Union. In the first part of this thesis are theoretical knowledge from the sphere of price (above all: the definition of price, pricing methods and factors that influence the price level). In the second part is first detected the development of agriculture (average numbers of dairy cows, average annual milk yield ...) and then evaluated the price evolution of farm prices. And in each year since 2000 to the present. Another section shows the development of the dairy industry and followed by a description of the development of industrial and consumer prices. As a last point is characteristic of the state of agriculture and dairy industry in the European Union, and price developments in individual European dairy companies.
