Intepretation possibilities of the last four plays of A. P. Chekhov focused on Chekhov's reflection of Marcus Aurelius' philosophy

This diploma paper deals with Memories, the personal writings of the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius, and their influence on the last four plays of A. P. Chekhov, which are The Seagull, Uncle Vanya, Three Sisters and The Cherry Orchard. It is insisting on the fact that Chekhov possessed and read an exemplar of Marcus Aurelius' Memories and enriched it with his personal comments and notes. The diploma paper is investigating philosophical schools of stoicism and platonism, the personality of Marcus Aurelius and his writings Memories, A. P. Chekhov both as an artist and a thinker, and it is investigating possibilities of revealing Marcus Aurelius' thoughts in the last four plays of Chekhov. It focuses on topics of cosmopolitism and atomization, work and inactiveness, good and evil, the ideas of future and meaning of life.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the investment value of the company PragoBoard s.r.o. as of the 31st December, 2013. The objective of this company's activity is the production of printed circuit boards. This thesis is divided into the following parts: an introduction of the company and its business operations, financial analysis, strategic analysis, generators of value and financial plan, valuation. The final valuation is based on two methods: DCF Equity and a market comparison to other publicly traded companies.

Finanční benchmarking

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční situace podniku PROTON, s.r.o., který se zabývá výrobou oken. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, kde první část obsahuje teoretické informace o finanční analýze a metodách využitých v části praktické. Ta pak obsahuje podrobný popis analyzované společnosti, jejího okolí a samotnou analýzu. Vedle rozboru podnikových finančních ukazatelů bylo provedeno srovnání s odvětvím (OKEČ 25 / CZ-NACE 22) a to na základě Benchmarkingového diagnostického systému INFA. V závěru práce jsou na základě zhodnocení celkové finanční situace podniku vyzdvihnuty jeho silné a slabé stránky a jsou navrhnuta možná řešení a zlepšení.
