3 omega thermal conductivity measurements

The goal of this semestral thesis is to describe theory of the thermal conductivity measurement with method 3 omega. This work explains principle of the 3 omega method. It also analyzes two type of resistance heaters – suspended wire and line heater on substrate (for different substrate). Work also explains measurement with method 3 omega, which includes description of the important measuring device lock-in amplifier.
