Efficiency of state subsidies on savings of residents of the Czech Republic since 1993

The subject of this bachelors thesis is finding effect of state aid on building savings and the effect of state support on pension insurance or additional pension savings. The thesis focuses first on development and overview of changes in legislation that influence people in their decisions about founding or termination of treaty. The main part of thesis is aiming on amount of state support or aid and reaction of participator to changes in both mentioned savings products which has thesis been able to prove managed by regression analysis. This effect can also be seen in the statistics, which are compared in this thesis. The end of thesis is pointing out other possible influences that effects people in decision about their contract and the possible future development of building savings and additional pension insurance in the Czech Republic.
Family policy comparison in Czech Republic and Great Britain in the years 1993-2015

This thesis analyzes the development and current form of family policy in the Czech Republic and Great Britain. With respect to the different attitude of the two policies, support for families is compared on several levels in order to determine which of these two countries provides families a better and more generous support. It was found out, that the ratio of spending relative to gross domestic product and total social spending in the UK is higher than in the Czech Republic, as well as some amount of support. On the other hand, Czech Republic, for example, provides much greater support in the period after childbirth, which may not be in all respects completely positive. This is one of the parts where possible improvements were suggested using the model of the support system in the UK.
The issue of disabled people in the labor market, focusing on the possibilities of getting a job adequate to their disability and education

This thesis deals with the problems of the disabled in the labor market and employment opportunities that would be appropriate according to their disability and qualification. In theoretical part there are defined definitions of the disability by several international organizations and importance of employment for disabled people. There is also approached problem of marginalization and social exclusion. Further it is focused on employment policy and special job opportunities for disabled people. Analytical part is performed by two methods. First is questionnaire survey with handicapped people. Second is structured interview with employers and labor office workers. The value added of this thesis is in the recommendations for this issue listed at the end of the analytical part.
