Dissertation is about one task of personal control - communication, feedback and personal policy. Theoretic part includes informations about personal control and its components. One chapter discuss of feedback. Definition of feedback meaning, availability of its providing and receiving. Communication and its related theme of conflict appears here. Communication is getting into inner-firm communication. The end of dissertation includes communications and feedback exercises of working experience. The practical part is oriented into two parts - on status compare of personal policy in organisation in 4 years interval and communication inside the organisation in one department. Communication status and its estimation results in recommended proposal, which is centered into more professional work in department and develop one aspect of presonal control - communication using of feedback.

The dissertation aims to analyze the approach of Tábor to link Oskar Nedbal. This diploma thesis is focused primarily on institution named after Oskar Nedbal Music School Oskar Nedbal, Oskar Nedbal Theatre, Chamber Orchestra Bolech, which is an important carrier of reference Oskar Nedbal. An important institution is the International Society of Oskar Nedbal, which directly link the Oskar Nedbal cares. The work is finished by exploring contemporary Tábor citizens and their awareness of Oskar Nedbal.

The castle and romantic park in Vlašim

The topic of this thesis are the castle and the romantic park in Vlašim. This thesis describes the architectural transformation of the castle and his history from the beginnig to the present. The history of castle began already in the 14th century, when a tower house took his place. The period of reconstructions finished in classicism. One part of this thesis deals with romantic park especially with his surviving buildings. The park in Vlašim belongs to natural landscape park. In my thesis I describe the development of natural landscape park in Vlašim and compare the park with the parks in Lednice and in Hluboká nad Vltavou. The thesis also summarizes up the present state of castle. This thesis is the comprehesible monograph of the castle and the park in Vlašim.
