Frame trailer with tipping body
Uher, Milan ; Ješina, Miroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of the frame of a trailer with a tipping body. Its main contents are stability inspection of a carrying frame, further then designing suitable construction adjustments including their check calculations of case of stress. The stability inspection of the frame is carried out by means of the finite element method. A draft of the drawing documentation of the frame is as well included in this thesis. This diploma thesis was created in collaboration with the SVAN Chrudim company, Ltd.
Frame of trailer CHTP24 for the building machines transport
Valach, Přemysl ; Ješina, Miroslav (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with a frame design of a trailer for the transportation of building machinery. The thesis focuses mainly on the cross-check of strength, and also proposes suitable construction adjustments including their calculations in cases of stress. The strength and stability check is carried out by means of the finite element method. A drawing documentation of the trailer amendments is also included. This diploma thesis was created in collaboration with the company SVAN Chrudim s.r.o..
Ramps for trailer for buildings machines transport
Dvořáček, Michal ; Ješina, Miroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of my dissertation on the subject of raids on trailer for transport of construction equipment is to propose a functional concept of rear split folding ramps for trailer construction machines with tracked and wheeled landing gear. Raids are designed as a two-part, hydraulically tilting. With an appropriate mechanism to ensure a correct function of the ramp end part at tilting. Maximum weight of the machine is 21 000 kg and departure angle is 10 °. This thesis was composed with cooperation SVAN ltd.
Trailer frame for transport of container with driving drum
Vlasák, Ondřej ; Ješina, Miroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the strength analysis of three-axle frame for containers with driving drum. Total weighth of the trailer is 27 000 kg. Finite elemenths method was used for this calculation in programme I-DEAS. Dangerous parts of the construction were examined and their optimization was proposed. The final part consists of the drawing documentation of the recomended design changes.
Frame of trailer CHTP18 for the platform-type body
Vincenc, Jakub ; Ješina, Miroslav (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
The subject of this master’s thesis is strength analysis of trailer frame, for platform placed goods and palletized goods transport. Strength analysis is made by the finite element method. This thesis describes design of a frame, finite element model creation and results analysis. On the basis of this results, the structural modification with a stress state calculation are suggested.
Frame of semi-trailer NCH39 for woods transportation
Burýšek, Karel ; Ješina, Miroslav (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This dissertation deals with the car trailer for wood transporting body frame concept. The main part of this work is a strength check of the supporting frame, further the design of suitable structural modifications and it’s check calculation of the stress state. The strength check of the frame is done by the help of the finite elements method. The part of this work is drawing documentation of the frame. This dissertation was developed in cooperation with SVAN Chrudim s.r.o., company.
Safety container mechanism
Kubín, Martin ; Ješina, Miroslav (referee) ; Mynář, Břetislav (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on container safety mechanism which is a part of truck trailers. It designs pneumatic – mechanical safety mechanism suitable for safe transport of container with driving drum which are produced according to German standard DIN 30 722. It concerns containers with total weight of 22 tons. The first part of this thesis is focused on evaluation of possible load by common operating conditions. The technique of mechanism design is introdiced in several developing stages from original solution to final version. The final version processes all force and kinetic aspects. Selected parts of safety mechanism are controlled from solidity perspective. Some calculations and analysis were processed both by convention method and method of final elements on PC. Thesis was created in close cooperation with company SVAN Chrudim, s.r.o.
