Construction of a mobile robot for monitoring ambient temperatures
Ferenčák, Libor ; Jančík, Stanislav (referee) ; Zuth, Daniel (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to design and to construct a mobile robot that is able to monitor ambient temperature and to watch if there is no danger caused by high temperature. The work also deals with the theoretical description of elements that could be used. The whole system is based on ATmega microcontroller 128, which is described here, including the support plate. The individual components that are used in a robot are also described here, and programs controlling the individual components are attached. An algorithm is designed and described to a detail which could control the robot and monitor the temperature.
EDUdu-mod model controll by programmable logic controller FX3U
Křivka, Martin ; Jančík, Stanislav (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis was created as a support for Programmable logic controllers course at the Institute of Automation and Computer Science of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Brno University of Technology. The aim of this study is to get acquainted with the models of the EDU-mod systems serving as a teaching aid, and to learn about Mitsubishi PLC FX3U-32M and its development environment GX IEC Developer 7.01. Subsequently, the control for the specified models was designed in this environment and the functionality was verified via PLC.
RFID acces system realization
Mikšíček, Pavel ; Jančík, Stanislav (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with possibilities of using RFID technology in intelligent buildings. The first part of thesis describes main parts of the technology, principle functions and gives examples of applications in various fields. The second part deals with selection suitable RFID technology on frequency 125 kHz for manufacture the functional prototype of the device, design hardware for realization and discusses security. There is a detailed description of device functions. In the last part thesis describes the implementation process from drawing schematics to design and manufacture of printed circuit boards and testing prototype. The knowledge gained in the creation of this work are summarized in the conclusion.
Mobile robot navigation by means of fuzzy logic
Janovec, Aleš ; Jančík, Stanislav (referee) ; Dvořák, Jiří (advisor)
In the introductory part of this thesis there is an analysis of methods, which are used for navigation of mobile robots. The main part of the thesis contains a proposal of control system of mobile robot. Robot control system is based on fuzzy modeling. To test the control, a system simulation environment is created in C #, in which experiments were performed.
Simulation models EDUmod for PLC in NI LabVIEW
Jančík, Stanislav ; Němec, Zdeněk (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis discusses the connection trough the programmable automation (PLC) with a personal computer (PC) for the purpose of operating software simulation in NI LabVIEW. Diploma thesis is divided in two main parts. Design and manufacture of the communication unit, which is in charge of communication between PC and PLC and further programming simulation models in software NI LabVIEW.
Evaluation of damaged components for photovoltaic power plant monitoring
Rataj, Pavel ; Jančík, Stanislav (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
The thesis deals with proposal and implementation of a test station for feasible measurement of Hall´s probes, which are used for measurement of extensive direct currents, especially in FVE. The customers are often complaining about Hall´s probes. The solution is specific model of probe, which would be enabling to accelerate measuring of given back probes from working order and evaluation for proper functions of probes. For the final asses we need to compare given back probe with so-called Hall probe. The so-called Hall´s probe will be permanently placed on model and will indicate relatively identical data. PLC made by DOMAT company will compare and evaluate data, whether a difference measured from both probed is acceptable or not.
