Tato práce pojednává o systémch na správu dokumentů (DMS) a podpoře vnitropodnikových prosesů pomocí integrovaných workflow modulů. Práce zahrnuje hlavní důvody pro zavedení DMS, benefity plynoucí z jeho zavedení, funkcionalitu typických DMS, vymezuje jednotlivé komponenty systému, mapuje stav na příslušném trhu a uvádí trendy, ke kterým bude vývoj techto systémů směřovat. Práce vychází především z praktických poznatků a snaží se najít přechod od technologie k businessu.

Digital Processing of Payroll Documents in accordance with German Legislation

This thesis deals with archiving e-mail communication with attached accounting files in the environment of the German legislation at company ADP Employer Services. It also describes the laws which need to be taken into account and description of the product JobRouter. The aim of the thesis was on a detailed description of all processes related to digital archiving of payroll documents. Another objective was the description of key aspects of the German legislation, which must be taken into account in the system JobRouter. All these aspects had to be taken into account from the perspective from ADP and from the customer perspective. The work is divided into five parts. The first section describes the author's work for ADP and there is further elaborated the structure of work. In the second part is described in detail for ADP environment. The third part deals with all laws, standards and rules that need to be taken into account when the issue of payroll. In the fourth part the detailed analysis JobRouter are discussed in detail. The last part is the boot JobRouter evaluation and taken into account interaction with the law. The benefit of this work is describing the current state of archival documents in payroll for ADP. Also finding and describing all necessary laws to implement the new system JobRouter.

Analysis of records management systems in multinational organizations in use

The thesis is focused on the analysis of records management systems in use in finance departments of two multinational companies. The aim of the thesis is to describe differences between Oracle and SAP accounting systems functionality in relation with records management, to compare individual solutions in companies and to describe improvement potentials. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical sections. In the theoretical section are described definitions of basic terms, the purpose, functions and benefits of the records management component and its integration into ERP system. The thesis also describes basic legislative requirements and standards relating to records management. Practical section is focused on the analysis in companies. There are described analysis methods, company characteristics, applications and technical devices used for the records management in finance departments, business policies relating to records management, types of records and their handling. There are also described problems and shortcomings of the usage of records management systems in companies. The final section is devoted to summarize gathered knowledge and to the analysis evaluation.

Data boxes integration into information systems

This diploma thesis discusses problems of data boxes information system and its possible integration with various information systems through the use of particular software tool developed by company Ixtent s.r.o. In the first part of this thesis is data boxes information system (ISDS) established into wider contexts and defined by terms. In the second part of this thesis are described options to connect ISDS and other various business applications. In so doing the software tool "connector ISDS" id used. In the third part are discussed particular realized project, case studies and real benefits of these projects.

The work contains main reasons for implementing DMS, benefits from it, functionality of typical DMS systems, it defines components of system and status on relevant market, and also trends of future direction. This work is focused on practical use and try to find a way from technology to business.
