This bachelor thesis deals with customer satisfaction analysis of the company Zámecký pivovar BŘECLAV s. r. o. The current level of the satisfaction is determined by a questionnaire survey focusing on the final consumer. Based on the results of this research are further created appropriate mesures to proposed and increase the level of satisfaction.
