This document deals with the private enterprise in the field of early childhood education and child care. Summarizes the various possibilities and forms of these institutions, which can currently be found in the Czech Republic, discusses their attributes. The aim is to draw attention to important facts and pitfalls related to the establishment and operation of private nursery schools to be included in the register of schools and school facilities. The work includes an internal analysis of strengths and weaknesses and the external analysis just as micro /macroenviroment political, environmental, socio-demographic, economic and legislative framework. Calculation pessimistic, realistic and optimistic scenarios of business by determining the brake even point, quantifying the amount of profit the project decide on feasibility of the project of foundation Private nursery school Amálka.

295 Research and development of the process for production of extra pure ammonium aluminium sulphate, where the concentration of contaminants does not exceed 0.3 ppm for Ca, Co, Cr, Fe, Mg, Mn, Pb, Si, Ti, Zn, 2.0 ppm for Ga and Na and 3.0 ppm for K. Preparation of ammonium aluminium sulphate (alum) solution by dissolution of aluminium hydroxide in sulphuric acid solution and by addition of ammonia. Purification of alum by crystallization and recrystallization.

Market swings influence not only companies, goverment but also households. In the days of the economic recession people perception this progress more than economic growth. Nowadays media have according as technology development major impact on consumer berhavior. In this bachelor's thesis I put one's mind to affection of world and Czech economic on families or person. It has connection with process of savings in the past 2-3 years in private sector. In fine I handle with intervention of goverment and thier efficiency.
