Title: The case report of physiotherapy care of a patient with the diagnosis of impingement syndrom. The objective of this bachelor thesis is introduction of physiotherapy of upper limb girdle with impingement syndrom. The thesis is dividend in two main parts. In the first part is described the girdle of the upper limb in the view of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics. There are listed procedures for testing and treatment and point of view of physiotherapy and surgical treatment by arthroscopic method.In the specialized part is described a detailed case of a patient with impingement syndrom, which consists of the patient's history, incoming examination, therapy, outgoing examination and effect of the therapy . Special part of this thesis describes case study of a patient with total knee replacement. This case study was worked out during special practice in ÚVN in Prague, Střešovice since 13th January 2011 to 3rd Ferbruary 2011.
Case study of patient with diagnosis of lumbar and other intervertebral discs disease with radiculopathy

Bachelor thesis title: Case study of patient with diagnosis of lumbar and other intervertebral discs disease with radiculopathy. Objectives: Objective of this thesis is to describe physioterapeutic procedures used to treat the patient diagnosed with lumbar and other intervertebral discs disease with radiculopathy. General section of this thesis is focused on background theory reserach. The disease definition, etiology, clinical picture, diagnostics and conservative therapy used to treat said condition are all covered in this section. Spondylolisthesis classification and various imaging methods are further discussed. Special section of this thesis covers the casuistry of the patient with said diagnosis. Twelve various therapies are descibed in this section. All of them were conducted in Central Military Hospital Prague, Ward unit of Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. The whole therapy effect evaluation is covered in the thesis conclusion section. Methods: Methods developed by Janda, Véle, Lewit, Pavlů and Kolář were used during the examination and therapy. Results: Loosening of the postoperative scar as well as of the right m. triceps surae soleus was achieved. Breathing stereotype was adjusted, abdominal muscles activated and the ribs positioning during inspiration was lowered....
Case Study of a patient after an operation of C5/C6 disc disorder with myelopathy

Summary: The work is divided into general and special part. General part: This part deals with the issue of cervical disc disorder with myelopathy and its treatment with rehabilitation included. General part is divided into individual chapters and subchapters which contain the definition and the description of its issue, its etiology, occurrence and pathogenesis of the illness. It explains basic anatomical terms, clinical views and pharmacological methods. Special part: It is written up in the form of the case report of particular patient with his (above-mentioned) diagnosis. Then, anamnesis, complex entry and final kinesiology examination and the description of therapeutic plan are described in detail.

Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after ischemic stroke Objectives: To evaluate a case study of a patient after ischemic stroke and create a theoretical basis for the given area applying academic literature. Summary: This paper concerns the area of stroke and is divided into two parts. The general part involves the characteristics of stroke, its division, symptoms, risk factors, prognosis and diagnostic methods. Further, it talks about individual phases of the healing process, applied physiotherapeutic approaches and information about additional care after hospitalization. The special part is a detailed case study of a patient after ischemic stroke. This part was created based on a practise in the Military University Hospital in Prague during 6th - 31st January 2014, which allowed me to lead my own therapeutic units with a patient under professional surveillance.
