This bachelor thesis focuses on financial analysis of AutoESA a. s., evaluates its finacial health in a 2011-2015 period and implies the company's short-term plan for 2016. The methods used for analysis are described in methodological part of the thesis. In the following practical part the SWOT analysis is performed, followed by a horizontal and vertical analysis, calculation of ratio indicators, including comparison with competitors and market averages, and testing the company's financial helath with scoring and bankruptcy models. Finally, the short-therm prognosis is made including planned balace sheet and and planned income statement.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of MAXBIKE s.r.o. for the period from 2011 to 2015 using the standard methods of financial analysis such as the horizontal and vertical analysis and financial ratios . This thesis is divided into two parts. First is methodological and describes the methods for analysis. The second part is practical, that includes total analysis of the company s financial statements. All calculations are followed by interpretations.

The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company TOS Kuřim, - OS a. s. between years 2011 and 2015 and to forecast future development. Thesis is divided into two parts. In methodical are described used methods and ratios of financal analysis. The second part is practical and it contains aplication of the methods on real conpany's data and comparison with chosen competitors and the sector. It is followed by a financial plan for the year 2016. In the conclusion there are summarized results.

The Master thesis "Analysis of selected investment funds in the Czech republic" deals with collective investments with focus on mutual funds. The first part is dedicated to definition of the term collective investments, its history and general characteristics of mutual funds. The middle part is dedicated at firts to the czech market of collective investment and the analysis of this market. The last part focuses on comparison of the performance of selected funds and its characteristics.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to estimate the value of the company Philip Morris ČR a.s. operating on the market of tobacco products. Business valuation is valid for the date of 1st January 2015. The yield method used for the analysis is DCF in the equity variant, market capitalization and book value. The thesis is devided into two main parts.
