Employment Termination Possibilities in Honeywell Ltd.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of employment termination. It presents a proposal of an employees’ contract termination solution designed for an employer who is relocating one of their production programs to another country, as decided by their top management. The aim is to make use of all legal methods of employment termination, to minimize related costs, and to make the effort to support the employees whose employment has been terminated.

Social and Legal Protection Workers and their option of work with manipulated child during divorce

This bachelor thesis seeks to present the role of the social and legal protector worker and their possibilities of working with a manipulated child in the parents' divorce proceedings. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the basic definition and introduction of the main concepts related to this topic such as family, its definition, main functions, and its position in divorce proceedings. Furthermore, the theoretical part discusses the social and legal protector worker as a conflict guardian who works with a family in divorce proceedings in which the child is being manipulated by one of the parents. The practical part of this thesis deals with the possibilities and specifics of the work of conflict guardians with a manipulated child by using qualitative research. The research is based on the specific experience of the workers of a social and legal protection agency for children.

Economic analysis of selected towns and villages

The thesis deals with analyssing and assessing fiscal management of two selected towns between 2011 - 2015. These autonomous regions in the east of the Czech republic, selected for fiscal management analysis, are similar in size and are situated less than 10 km from each other. These towns are called Slatiňany and Nasavrky. My work is divided into three parts - theoretical, description of the towns and analysis as well as comparison budget components.
The first theoretical part focuses on secondary data collection. These data come from technical literature and introduce the idea of local government, city accounting and composition of their budgets.
The following descriptions of Slatiňany and nasavrky present their past and the present. Information about both of the towns´ elected officials is given and the organizational structure of their town councils is also mentioned.
The practical part aims to analyse there towns´ budget revenues and expenses based on the study of their financial statements. Budget components have been analysed and differences have been pointed out. The practical part also includes a questionnaire survey which intends to research the differences in the citizens´ satisfaction with different aspects of life as well as leadership and fiscal management between both communities - i.e. citizens of Slatiňany and Nasavrky and their suggestions for changes. These were subsequently processed, and along with the author´s suggestions, were included in the suggestions for improvement of fiscal management of both towns in the final part of this work.

Analysis of the use of ICT in educational process in primary schools

The thesis focused on instruments of ICT, their using in educational environment of primary schools and their influence on educational process. In theoretical part, the readers get to know the concept of information literacy, opinions and ICT attitudes in education field over the years. The implementation and using of ICT in Education may have been causes by many reasons and this thesis tries to describe their advantages and disadvantages. The other chapters in this part describe some other methods of education and modern didactic instruments and their own historical development. The end of the theoretical part belongs to possible development in future of modern technologies in whole educational process. The second part presents some selected research studies from different EU countries schools. The research examines the implementation of ICT in educational process and impact of modern technologies on education in general and - basically studying. This chapter deals with the outcomes of the studies and emphasize significant findings and recommandations. The empirical part begins with description of author's own research, its realization, goals, methodics and hypothesis. In main part, author analyzes using of modern technologies and their influence on educational process based on interviews and questionnairies. In the final part, author evaluates the hypothesis and summarize all findings and achievements. Goal of the thesis is to spread information and new point of view on issue which is dealing with whole process of implementation and using of modern technologies in educational process and analysis present influence of ICT on education in selected primary schools.

Profit shares in business corporations

The aim of this thesis is to clarify the distribution and taxation of a profit and the method of payment of a share in the profit in the general partnership, private limited company and limited partnerships. The theoretical part deals with general information of a share in the profit and its specifics in selected types of business corporations. This part is supplemented for better clarity and understanding with illustrative examples. The practical part applies knowledge in the analysis of the financial statements of 30 selected companies, with an emphasis on the payment of a share in the profits of the company.

The Attitudes of the Population of selected Villages for People with Disabilities

In this thesis I deal with the attitudes of the poupulation to people with this disabilities in five municipalities of South Bohemian Region. The theoretical part drala with definitions and attitudes towards people with disabilities in the history and prezent. In the practical part drala with the attitudes of the population in selected municipalities and the possible factors that shape these attitudes. Aim of this study is to find appropriate tools for public sector organizations that could motivate people to be tolerant and socially sustainable development of communities of these municipalities.

Quality of Life in Jindřichův Hradec

The theoretical part of this thesis focusses on the development of research quality of life. Basic concept will be defined and various approaches to the subject and criteria of measurement will be described. The practical part of this thesis will measure quality of life in Jindřichův Hradec according to predefined criteria and compare the results with nationwide research.

Corporate culture in selected company

I tried to give account of corporate culture of bigger company in South Bohemia in this diploma paper. I´m analyzing (through the use of questionnaires and "TBSD test") collective team and work environment of this company.I can suggest some new relevant disposals on the basis of discovered facts. These information could abet to improvement of corporate culture and thereby can also abet to increase productivity of labour. Due to these measures could increase efficiency of this company and improve its status on the market.
