Homelessness and prevention homelessness among children in the institutional education

This thesis deals with the origin, causes and problems of people who live on the street, or people who are directly exposed to the risk of life without a home. The work consists of two parts, a theoretical one and a practical one. The first part of this work aims to give comprehensive information on homelessness. Describes a typology of homelessness and homeless people, anchors the history and evolution of this phenomenon. It focuses on young people at risk of life on the streets and especially the clients of institutional facilities. It also describes the system and aid organizations that can provide this assistance. The fundamental part of the work is qualitatively oriented research and monitoring the education and re-education of young people after the end of institutional care, thus working to find a preventive techniques to reduce the risk of homelessness. I mention the reasons for research and its results here. The work concludes an overall evaluation summary of findings and research data. Systems for managing Enterprise IT

The topic of this master thesis are the Systems for managing enterprise IT. This paper is divided into three parts, where the first and second part gives a comprehensive view and concentrates existing knowledge from the examined area. The third part consists of my own conclusions based on available resources. For the overall IT Management, it is necessary to manage and measure IT Performance. Therefore, the first part deals with IT Performance Management (ITPM).Performance Management should penetrate the entire organization and ITPM should be part of the overall Performance Management of the organization. It is necessary to manage and measure performance at all levels of the organization (strategic, tactical and operational level). To measure the organizational IT performance, it is necessary to design relevant metrics. To design these metrics it is recommendable to follow a framework, whether ITIL or COBIT. The second part of this paper deals with IT Management frameworks and their support for designing metrics. It deals with the new wave in IT -- ITSM (IT Service Management). The de facto standard for ITSM is ITIL. Furthermore, the second part discusses the de facto standard for IT Governance -- COBIT and IT Balanced Scorecard for clarifying and translating the vision and strategy into specific objectives. The third part describes a specific procedure for designing metrics according to the ITIL framework. In addition, this part describes the software Metricus which enables a centralized management of ITPM and uses a holistic view of the overall ITPM.

Prohibition of smoking, its legal regulations and development

Cílem bakalářské práce je definovat, zda je nutná právní úprava zákazu kouření, popsat současný právní stav v České republice, jeho případné nedostatky. Práce se bude věnovat problematice kouření tabákových výrobků z hlediska kulturně-historického, z hlediska zdravotních rizik spojených s kouřením a ekonomických souvislostí. Rovněž budou zmíněny právní úpravy zákazu kouření v celoevropském kontextu. Závěrem by měla být snaha o nalezení a návrh možných řešení (preventivní opatření, zákazy a omezení reklamy a prodeje tabákových výrobků).
