The Use of Project Management Methods in Development of the Mobile Game

The aim of this thesis is creating a plan leading to the successful completion of a project dealing with the development of a mobile game, and will subsequently test this model to determine the potential start of independent business of a particular interest organization, without the need for an initial investment. The thesis first deals with the description of the interest organization and then the analysis of the current state of the business market to which this group is heading. In the next part, a specific plan is proposed according to the organization's strategy with a focus on releasing a mobile game without the need for targeted marketing, as this product has been created for the community, which was built by the organization before the project realization started.

Business Valuation

This diploma thesis deals with assesing the value of a specific company and with theoretical aspects of such valuation. A construction company called MORAVOSTAV Brno, a. s. stavební společnost was chosen for the assessment. Based on the theoretical findings a strategic and financial analysis was conducted and the value of the company was established by valuation methods of discounted cash flow and economic value added.

Analysis of Czech textbooks for Japanese students

This diploma thesis deals with analysis of available textbooks of Czech as a foreign language published in Japan. Specifically, it focuses on analyzing their macrostructure and microstructure, their size of content and means of linguo-didactic presentation, means for stimulation of communicative skills and verification of understanding and using the language content correctly. Based on the findings, it derives a conclusion and predicts possible development of the textbooks in future. Key words: textbook, Czech for foreigners, Japanese, Japan, textbook analysis
