ANALYSIS OF MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS BK LOKOMOTIVA KARLOVY VARY SPORTS CLUB Objectives: The aim of this work is to analyze the current state of marketing communication with the audience and sponsors for women's basketball club BK Lokomotiva Karlovy Vary and propose a strategy for improving marketing communications. Methods: In this thesis were performed using the methods of observation and personal interviews examined subjects Results: An analysis of marketing communication club, thanks to which it was found that it is not good enough, and some elements of marketing communication is missing. Based on these findings, suggestions were made and recommendations for improvement of marketing. The designs were created, so that feasible and beneficial to the club. Italian and Czech Terminology of Justice System: a contrastive analysis.

This diploma thesis deals with the Italian terminology of the Justice System. The work is divided into two parts. In the first part, the author focuses on the description of the special language, methods of his research, translational methods and problems of the translator. It describes also the Czech and Italian system of justice and defines the semantic field of the terminology of the Justice System that she will work with. In the second part she works with a selected sample of keywords compiled by the created corpora. The sample is divided into a several groups according to the semantic classification. The aim of the thesis is to review the existing Czech translations, if need be propose her own translations and recommend the translation that should be registered in a bilingual dictionary. The Czech-Italian and Italia-Czech vocabulary and the semantic dictionary is the supplement of this thesis.

Comparative analysis of the Czech and Italian justice and of the relevant legal terminology

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to describe and compare two different judicial systems of the European Union countries. The subject of my work is the judicial system of the Czech Republic and the judicial system of Italy. My thesis is divided into four big parts which are divided into a number of smaller chapters. In the first part I deal with the history of both judicial systems and with their legal bases. The second part is focused on the different types of justice in both countries. In the third part I describe all of the courts in the Czech Republic and in Italy and I try to describe the organization and cognizance of all of them. In the fourth the last part I make a comparison of these two judicial systems with a focus on the differences and similarities. The thesis concludes the résumé in Italian and analysis of terminology with italian-czech glossary.
