The main function this work is desing own communication structures and configured control system COM600, as Gateway to convert standard IEC 61850 to IEC 104 with protection terminal REF 615 and his expansion peripherals of RIO600.
Emission difference in superresolution fluorescence microscopy
Havelka, Tomáš ; Kollárová, Věra (referee) ; Bouchal, Petr (advisor)
Fluorescence microscopy finds broad applications in biological sciences as well as in technical research. Due to the complete spatial incoherence of the radiation emitted from the sample, fluorescence microscopy serves as the foundation for a range of super-resolution techniques. The bachelor's thesis is focused on the method of emission difference. This method utilizes the difference between standard and vortex image to achieve super-resolution. In this work, a q-plate is used to create the vortex image. The q-plate is a liquid crystal device that replaces costly spatial light modulators used in previous implementations of the method. The method of emission difference is described in the bachelor's thesis through theoretical calculations and numerical modeling at both the point and two-dimensional imaging levels. The experimental part of the work involves the preparation of an optical setup for the practical testing of the investigated method. The main result of the thesis is the original implementation of the method of emission difference using a q-plate and the verification of its capability to achieve super-resolution in imaging fluorescence nanoparticles.
He is the figure or image of the spiritual temple, which is our body. The temple as a metaphor
Havelka, Tomáš
The paper mainly deals with literary metaphorizations of the Christian temple in three basic typologies of the temple, as metaphors of the human body, a prefigurative pattern of the history of Solomon’s temple transferred to the history of church communities and the metaphor of knowledge. In any religion, the temple is not just a place for believers to gather, it has always been understood as a transcendent gate connecting the created world and God’s presence. It represented the “center of the world” and gradually took on various typological and metaphorical realizations: Solomon’s temple, the heavenly Jerusalem, the divine circle, whose center is everywhere and whose circumference is nowhere. This led to the fulfillment of various dispositions. On the other hand, remarkable practices are also present in the literature of the 17th and 18th centuries, interpreting the temple in the opposite way, namely as an anthropomorphic metaphor of the human body, most prominently in the case of J.F. Beckovský.

Motifs of Death in Baroque Poetry and their Overlapping
Janečková, Vendula ; Havelka, Tomáš (advisor) ; Sládek, Miloš (referee)
Moje diplomová práce nese název Motivy smrti v barokní poezii, s podtitulem Interpretace motivu smrti a zmaru ve vybraných dílech barokní literatury.
The Education of Childern and Parents in The Broadside Ballads and Sermons of The Early Modern Period
Baloghová, Eliška ; Sládek, Miloš (advisor) ; Havelka, Tomáš (referee)
The thesis is focused on the questions of education of children and their parents by the broadside ballads and sermons in the time after the battle of "Bílá hora" (after the year 1620). It examines the way in which the ideal relationship of children and parents is presented, by whom or what are the relationships influenced and of what importance is God in the families and lives of the early modern people. The thesis describes the similarities and differences of the stated genres in both content and form. Through study and analysis of sources, the thesis attempts to describe two aspects of education: how the proper education should proceed and how the authors of broadside ballads and sermons try to influence and educate both the children and their parents. It describes the means of both genres and possible influences on the community. Other subjects dealt with in the thesis are: the children's and parents' misdeeds and punishment, women's status, the most common "exempla" (examples provided in sermons) and the most frequent rhetorical and linguistic means appearing in the discussed literary works.
