The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of rewardment of the employees in the chosen company. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first part of the thesis covers the explanation of the basic terms relating the theory of rewardment. The second chapter analyzes the current state of the selected company and in the last part of the thesis changes are proposed to improve the system of remuneration of workers.

The diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of a selected company. The work consists of three parts. Based on the theoretical background, an analysis of the current situation will be conducted using tools of strategic and financial analysis. The analysis of the current situation will be based on data for the period from 2010 to 2020. The results of the analysis are used to develop proposals to improve the company’s financial situation.
