The Proposal for Process Optimization in a Business Organization

This bachelor thesis solves the issue of business processes optimization. The theoretical part defines basic concepts of process management and its benefits for a given company. Selected methods of process optimization are further described and theoretical knowledge is compared with real data. It contains a through current status analysis of selected processes in a given section of a selected company. Based on the analysis in this thesis a proposal of optimization processes is offered for costumers’ satisfaction.

The diploma thesis contains a clarification of the fundamental notions and the principles utilized in the informational systems issues. The analysis of the contemporary condition of the information system applied in a particular company and the evaluation of its effectiveness are the essential parts of the thesis. On the basis of these analyzes, a set of solutions is designed to improve present conditions and eliminate the risks, in terms of stability and effectiveness of the information system.
