This diploma thesis deals with the industrial and legal protection. The key issue is related to the research and development in the technology hall within the Centre Algatech project (Institute of Microbiology, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic). The aim is to analyze the possibilities of intellectual property protection of this project. The Centre Algatech should obtain an overview of all relevant solutions related to this problem of intellectual property.
Comparison of Online Applications for Trading on Stock Exchanges

This bachelor thesis compares the online applications that allow natural persons access to stock markets in selected countries and compares these options with the situation in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to compare the options of small shareholders to enter into the stock markets through a web interface and to determine barriers that can prevent entry.
Motivation and remuneration of human resources in selected company

The purpose of this thesis with the title "Analysis of motivation and remuneration system of employees" was the analysis of current situation in the selected company O.T.E.C. CR s.r.o. The analysis concentrated on the motivation and the remuneration for the human resources. In case of need changes of HR system were suggested. For the method of survey I chose the investigating method of asking the employees to get the complete picture. On the basis of the results from the question blanks a new, more effective system of personal fees and motivation was suggested. Suggestions for the improvement of the motivation of the employees in the company are: Improving the format and regularity of the information´s transfer to employees. Regular evaluations of the employees (not only the company results) in a suitable form. Revaluation of the existing remuneration system and using more of the variable part of wage. Revision the system of non-financial benefits and extension its actual supply.

Suggestions for the improvement of the motivation of the employees in the company are: Adaptation of the system of success fees on the company`s results (figures). Revaluation of the non-financial benefits and allow to employees to have a free individual possibility to choice from the staff benefits. More investments in the professional development of the employees {--} for example an offer of foreign language courses. Improvement of the communication inside of selected company {--} w.m.improving of communication flow (informations) from the management level to the employees. Regular evaluations of the employees in a suitable form.
