Portal crane 80 t
Fric, Marek ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is the structural design of the frame and the calculation of the lifting gear of a gantry crane moving on rails on container terminals. Thus, it is the design of the main load-bearing components of the crane, including their strength control. Furthermore, the work includes the design and execution of functional calculations for the crane hoisting gear as well as drawing documentation.

This bachelor thesis processes documentation in the stage for the implementation of the construction for a new apartment building. The designed object is located near Prague, in the village of Dolní Lomnice u Kunic. The project adresses modernization and construction of the village center, which is planed in several stages. The building contains of five apartments and one underground floor in which storage, technological and common rooms are located. There are also cellars used for storage for each housing unit. The apartments are designed in very variable layouts ranging from 1+kk to 5+kk. In the first floor are located apartments with categories 1+kk, 2+kk and 3+kk. In the second floor are located apartmetnts with categories 5+kk (duplex apartment) and 1+kk. Each apartment is provided with a large terrace or balcony. Apartments in the first floor oriented to the northwest (east) also have a front garden. Apartment building is based on flat foundations of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The core of the object (stairwell and lift shaft) are also made of monolithic reinforced concrete walls. The load-bearing structures are designed as masonry from classic and sound-insulating brick blocks. Non-load-bearing are made either of brick blocks of thickness 140 mm or 80 mm, or as a lightweight SDK constructions. Object is insulated according to need by ventilated facade cladding and a system of green walls. The ceilling is made of reinforced concrete monolithic equipped with SDK soffit either directly anchored or suspended. The flat roof is vegetated, and partly made as a terrace. The windows and the outer door are made of aluminum and glazed with insulating triple glazing.
Building design with minimal environmental impact
Fric, Marek ; Kolářová, Eva (referee) ; Kolář, Radim (advisor)
The content of my master´s project is a design of an NZEB building of a restaurant. The building is located in Brno near Nová Zbrojovka and the Svitava river. The design was carried out with Revit and with a partial implementation of BIM. The master´s project consists of three main parts. The first part focuses on the structural design of the building, the second part is focused on the design of building services and the third part consists of introducing the possibilities of advanced application of BIM in the design of the buildings. The building is V-shaped with a flat green roof and has two floors. The load-bearing system combines masonry walls, reinforced concrete walls, and columns. The floor slabs are also made of reinforced concrete. The partitions are made of plasterboard and masonry. The foundation of the building is formed by a reinforced concrete ground slab. For the insulation was chosen combination of ETICS and ventilated facade. The heating, cooling and air conditioning are provided by an HVAC systém and heat pumps. As a source of hot domestic water was designed electric boiler and heat pumps. The main source of electric energy is provided by a distribution network but partial independence of the building on the distribution network is ensured by photovoltaic panels. The sewer system is made of a combination of gravity sanitary sewer and a vacuum stormwater system. A source of drinking water is the water supply system.
