Ethical aspects of social pedagogical work

The diploma thesis focuses on ethical aspects of social-pedagogical work of workers in helping professions and has theoretical-empirical character. The aim of the thesis is to explore the ethical dimension of socio-pedagogical work and to find out which tools are used by helping professionals in decision making and in coping with ethical dilemmas considering ethical codes and principles. The theoretical part deals in individual chapters with the topic of socio- pedagogical work, professional ethics and also describes the role of the worker in helping professions and his relationship with the client. The professional values are examined based on analyses of codes of ethics and in the final chapters of the theoretical part the diploma thesis focuses on ethically problematic areas and related ethical dilemmas encoured by workers in helping professions. The empirical part offers by analysing the semi-structured interviews with workers an extension of the theoretical knowledge of the ethical aspects of social- pedagogical work on the dimension of the experience of the workers in the helping professions themselves and presents their strategies in solving and processing ethically dilemmatic situations. Strategies for education in bilingual families

(in English) This thesis deals with the specifics of the education in bilingual families. It mainly focuses on the educational strategies used in the families, its positives, negatives and its potential impact of speech development of bilingual raised children. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts important for the understanding of the empirical part. This part focuses mainly on typology of bilingualism, speech development, individual strategy of education in bilingual families and risks and benefits of bilingual education. The empirical part is based on a qualitative research study and descriptions of three specific cases of the bilingual families. To realize the research were used methods of semi- structured and free interviews, participant and non-participant observations and the case studies. The conclusion of the empirical part contains the analysis of results of the research and also some recommendations for practice.
Nonstandard language devices in texts written by Jáchym Topol and Jaroslav Rudiš

The bachelor thesis is focused on research and function of nonstandard language devices in selected texts written by two living Czech authors - Jáchym Topol and Jaroslav Rudiš. At the beginning these two writers are shortly introduced with selected texts and the attention is paid to their position in current czech literature. The theoretical part defines standard and nonstandard units of Czech language, followss the development and function in the art literature and represents the most frequent nonstandard language devices in individual levels. These theoretical bases are applied while analysing the selected texts. The bachelor thesis aims to describe nonstandard language devices in terms of binding to the text and their functions in it, and to analyze their applications. In the final part of the thesis the usage of the nonstandard language and individual styles of both authors are compard.
